  As with my airport pickup, driver confirmed pickup time and location the day before. The day of, they messaged again informing me of the type of vehicle and license plate number. Arrival was early and driver was very friendly. Thank you.

  I booked the pickup for 2 hours after my flight landed to allow time for deplaning, customs, baggage claim, possible delays etc. Turns out that was much too big of a window because my flight was early and arrivals went quickly! So that was my fault. But me and the driver had been in contact on WhatsApp the day before, so I messaged him upon arrival. I still had to wait a fair bit but again that’s my fault. Driver was able to get to the airport a bit earlier than planned; he called me with an ETA then called again as he entered the airport. Overall a good experience.

  I booked this for my friends who were coming over to Sydney. They were waiting for over an hour before they found the driver. I called the office in Syd and they claimed that the driver couldnt contact them at the aitport.We compared the contact details we gave the company a few weeks ago and they were the correct numbers. My friends said the driver had one wrong digit with his contact details. So this means someone in their office stuffed up. To make matters worse, the driver didn't even have a sign with the name of my guests. My friends just started looking and asking the people around near the desk as to whom they were waiting for. Not a good way to start a holiday aftera 19 hr flight. My friends told me the car was clean and they had a good journey from the airport to their hotel in the city. We travel a lot and use Viator all the time for almost everything. It's such a disappointment that your guests would have a bad experience in your own country.
