Viewpoint Banjska rock leaves no one indifferent and it is most photographed viewpoint in Serbia. There you will forget about your problems, you can stop and listen to the sounds of nature and give in to the charms of this intact gem. Placed on the edge of the mighty river was a scenery for many Serbian movies.
Upstream there is one unique house - on the rock in the middle of Drina river. It was posted on a cover of a National Geographic magazine. House on the rock, destroyed many times by the force of river and always rebuilt, now exists in a perfect symbiosis with the surroundings.

* Driving from Belgrade to the Drina River House takes around 2,5 hour Upstream there is one unique house - on the rock in the middle of Drina river. Reka Vrelo (One Year River - Reka Godina)
* Driving from the Drina River House to the Zelenika Viewpoint and River Vrelo takes around 30 minutes The Vrelo River is a clear, transparent river that flows into the Drina through a 10 m high waterfall. The length of the course of the Vrelo River is 365 m and this is the reason why it called "the river of the year"! It is considered one of the shortest rivers in Europe! Zelenika Viewpoint is a newly renovated viewpoint in Tara National Park. It is located right next to the road that descends from Mitrovec to Perućac, and from it there is an incredibly beautiful view of Lake Perućac, the Drina, the "Bajina Bašta" hydroelectric plant, the Gvozdačke mountains and the Ostata area in the Republic of Srpska.

5.00Absolutely stunning experience at Tara National Park! There are multiple stops along the way, and a quick to see the house on Drina. Our guide Milos was phenomenal - very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and anticipatory. He perfectly paced the tour, allowing for breathtaking photo stops and seamless exploration. He knew all the spots away from the crowds. The scenery was simply gorgeous. Highly recommend this tour and especially Milos as your guide. Thanks so much Milos for going above and beyond, and also for your Belgrade recommendations!

5.00Finding Belgrade Walking Tours on our first day in Belgrade was a very lucky break. We started with the Downtown Tour, led by Novi and found it to be absolutely fascinating. In fact, we enjoyed it so much, that we signed up for the Zemun tour in the afternoon (also with Novi) and the 20th Century tour the following day (with Marko). Both guides were excellent - really informative and engaging and we learned so much about Belgrade, Serbia and its complex history. Then, having realised that BWT operated tours outside Belgrade too, we took the Tara National Park tour (with Milos) and the Medieval Serbia tour (with Milos and Michael) - two great opportunities to experience the beauty of the Serbian countryside as well as getting to understand more about the country's history and culture. In addition to being great guides, Milos and Michael were great company - we really enjoyed spending time with them. We would wholeheartedly recommend Belgrade Walking Tours to anyone visiting Belgrade or Serbia more generally. Great insights into the city and the country and great value for money. We'd definitely use BWT if we have the opportunity to visit Serbia again. Thanks Milos and team!
