Visit the Asian Rainforest and see the orangutans swinging in the trees; then pass the winding river of the AGL Amazon exhibit, home to animals from South America.

Loved the zoo. One of the better zoos we've been to (and we go as many as we can). Only advice, is pay attention to the ferry times. I missed the 2nd to last ferry (husband already waiting on me). Then we had a choice of waiting an hour (or something like that), or paying for the other ferry.

The Taronga Zoo was fantastic…the place was clean and easy to navigate(with the map). I highly recommend Cooks Ferry…they left on time, both drop off and return!

A lot of walking. Excellent care of the animals. Ferry ride was nice, but the delay between drop off and pick up needs to have more options. When we were finished there was an hour and a half wait for the next ferry.

Staff at the zoo were very friendly and helpful. Animals are well cared for and liked they not just concreted enclosures.
