  Absolutely the worst horrible unprofessional 1st time experience ever!! We arrived on time along with other passengers. We were left waiting over 2 hours in the cold with little to NO communication about delays or other options. There were no options for the customers to save our business. We were treated horrible by the host and told to get off the bus due to over schedule time was canceled, with no explanation. The host became confrontational, disrespectful and rude. Which gave chaotic energy to the rest of the passengers and on top of that was told we were only getting 50% of money back. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The worst service ever. We were told by the building security guard that we were not the first to receive horrible service, that it been an ongoing issue with Tea around Town. They need to be out of business!.

  My daughter and I took the Tea Around Town in Chicago and it was nice. The bus was great: comfortable, clean, really well decorated, and the ride was smooth. The sandwiches were good and the tour was fine, peppered with a few facts, interspersed between four small servings of different teas. It was a beautiful day, we dressed up, and had a nice time. We purchased the petite menu, and the price seemed reasonable. It’s easy to see this advertised and get your hopes up for an incredible, amazing day, but the energy of your group is going to drive your experience. This isn’t a five star restaurant on wheels, and it isn’t the best tour of Chicago, but we liked the food, enjoyed the treats, and had a great day!

  Absolutely horrible experience Only to show up 30 minutes before departure to find out the bus did not show up until an hour later and they canceled our 3 o’clock appointment only to accommodate the 130 appointment that they had already ran behind I would not advise anyone to ever patronize this business as it is a total scam, especially when they only are willing to offer you halfof your money back when they are the ones who canceled

  BEWARE and book at your own risk. The experience with the T Around Town Chicago bus tour was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We arrived on time and, along with many other passengers, were left waiting for nearly two hours with little to no communication about the delay. There was no effort made to keep customers informed or comfortable during this extended wait, which immediately set a negative tone for the entire experience. When the bus finally arrived, the situation only worsened. After boarding, we were told to get off the bus without and the guide escalated the situation with rude, demeaning, disrespectful and vulgar behavior and then threatened to call the authorities creating confusion and discomfort for everyone involved. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the staff handled it in a way that was demeaning, intimidating and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, despite the tour being canceled by the company itself, we were told we would only be eligible for a 50% refund, which was unfair and felt criminal given the circumstances. What stood out most was the behavior of the tour guide, who was condescending, sarcastic, and entirely unprofessional. We felt mistreated, disrespected, and ultimately humiliated by the way we were spoken to and handled throughout the ordeal. Our group was comprised of senior level professionals, leaders, and avid travelers and this was unlike anything we have ever experienced with any tour service. We would strongly caution others against booking with this company.
