Nice experience, but the tickets only got there with the help of another tour guide who phoned the local agency that TripAdvisor had relied on. And they weren't clear, they almost let us in

We were disappointed with our experience as the employees at the entrance categorically refused to assist us. We felt helpless and almost couldn’t enjoy the experience.

This is a unique experience which is ‘out of the norm’ for most. Amazing lighting experience if you just enjoy the moment and not stuck in your phone constantly (which many still are). Go with it and enjoy it.
