We'll meet and drive for 40 min to Guaratiba neighborhood where our hike begins. We'll hike uphill for 1 hr to one of the most stunning views in Rio from Telegrafo Rock. Along the trail you will discover islands, long costal views with mountains, the canals and mangroves around the Restinga da Marambaia, and the richness of our green forest. The trail is considered easy but requires a bit of effort if you are not used to hike, some parts are a little steep, but there are no great difficulties. Once we reach this breathtaking viewpoint, we will stay for up to 1 hour allowing time to take in the spectacular peak, relax, take pictures and just enjoy the views. Then we will begin our 50-minute descent back to Guaratiba village. To finish the experience we will stop at Prainha Beach for 30 minutes to try some coconut water and just relax. OBSERVATIONS: - Due to overcrowding at Telégrafo Rock it´s important to start early in order to avoid massive cues to do the “famous” Picture. - This experience is hosted by certified and experienced guides. It will be a day to remember!!

This is an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I had Márcio as our tour guide, with no one else in our group. Márcio is incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgable! The perfect hike tour guide. He instructed us very nicely on taking cute photos at the famous rock and then sat and talked with us while we enjoyed the incredible view. The hike was a good exercise for us without being too long or strenuous. After, we went to a beautiful little beach, enjoyed some time there, and drank yummy coconut water. Márcio was even kind to drive us there and back from our place for a low price. I can’t recommend this experience enough!!!😊

Alli was an incredible tour guide! We loved her to the extreme, she was very welcoming and made this experience better than what I expected considering this was my very first hike. Truly one of my favorite excursions of all time. Alli is an amazing tour guide. We enjoyed a delightful cup of coffee on the drive, and enjoyed the beautiful hike to the lookout. Alli is a true professional. I absolutely recommend any of her tours.

The hike was intense but absolutely worth it. Alli was a fantastic lead, keeping us on track and motivated. Since it was during Carnival, our group decided to start early to avoid long waits, which turned out to be a great call. Once we reached the top, Alli graciously took our photos—mine turned out amazing, better than I could have imagined. A challenging but unforgettable experience!

Quite amazing. The tour guide Alexandra was amazing. A little afraid of heights but she help me through the struggle. View is beautiful at the top. Give it a shot if you can 😊
