For approximately 40 minutes, we will visit the different meeting points in the city to pick up travelers. Once the group is complete, we will begin the journey to the archaeological site of Teotihuacan. The drive from Mexico City to Teotihuacan takes approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic.

We will arrive early to avoid crowds. We will enjoy a guided tour of the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon, and the Avenue of the Dead, with explanations about their history and significance, with no tourist traps. There will be time for photos. Duration: Approximately 3 hours.

5.00This tour was one of the highlights of our trip and exactly what we were looking for. If you want a no-frills, no tourist traps experience that truly focuses on the history, this is it. Our tour guide Yair was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and engaging. You can tell he genuinely cares about sharing the full story behind the site, and we walked away with such a deeper understanding and appreciation of the history. The small group format made a huge difference—it felt personal, unhurried, and allowed for a much more meaningful experience. The early start was absolutely worth it, helping us beat the crowds and heat while making the entire experience feel even more special. A couple of tips for future travelers: bring plenty of water, as there is little to no shade and quite a bit of walking involved. It’s also smart to bring snacks—you can leave them on the bus and grab them when needed, as there aren’t many options available once you’re there. Overall, we loved this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic, informative, and well-paced experience.

5.00Ruben was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide, and I’m so glad I had time to see Teotihuacan without spending a full day. Pickup was timely and efficient and it took a little over an hour each direction. Bring cash, sunscreen, and water!

5.00We had a great time on our tour with Ruben! He was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the tour was well paced. He was happy to answer all of our groups questions. As advertised there weren’t any tourist traps. Would definitely recommend :)

5.00The guide Emanuel was sensational. Has a unique knowledge of history, and made the 3 and a half hours of walking pass peacefully with lots of information. The shuttle bus is good, and the fact that there are no stops at shopping points makes the tour, in fact, excellent.
