5.00This experience was so much fun! But a few of the people there helping were not very helpful and kind of rude and then a few others were very helpful. But I wish Viator was a little better about telling you there are more than one zipline to choose from, it did not give us an option for all the different zipline options they have to choose from though and I would have loved to been able to choose other options they have.

5.00The staff and the Beast zip line itself were excellent- but be careful about using Uber to get there. When trying to get a ride back into San Juan, the Uber app said it does not cover that area. Of course, this is not the responsibility of Torre Verde Adventures, who performed exceptionally!

5.00Unfortunately TripAdvisor doesn't tell you that you have to wear closed toe shoes, so I had to go buy water shoes at the local grocery store, otherwise it was one minute of flying through the air in the Beast!

3.00The experience was nice I just didn’t like how instructions weren’t clear so we missed out on being able to get a video we were also told They would take a picture just to find out at the end of the excursion the picture for down for the beast

1.00I would never recommend this tour to anyone because they did not have a meeting point in San Juan. My hotel was in San Juan but the meeting place was over 40 minutes from San Juan which would have cost me $130 to get their round trip. All the other tours I booked had a local meeting spot. Unfortunately, I had to miss this tour because I could not afford to travel to the meeting spot.

5.00Very friendly people, I got there really late but they were able to help me out and take us in. I’d book directly with Toro verde to book all 7 zip lines because you can only book one here.

5.00Highly recommended if you like adrenaline. It was a super great experience. For the price and all the activities you can do here I can tell you you won't find it anywhere else for sure.
