  We booked this tour last minute with Adrian. He arranged it quickly and was extremely communicative over WhatsApp. He was incredibly knowledgeable, was very friendly, and was highly professional. The llamas and alpacas were so cute and we got a chance to feed them. Such an unforgettable experience, would highly recommend this agency!

  Really really enjoyed this experience! Adrian was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to provide a last minute llama feeding experience for us and accompanied us all the way through, taking so many photos and videos for us! The next day we did the Maras and Moray tour and he provided a private tour, where he was always checking in if we were okay and stopped at great viewpoints. We even had an experience to see how Inca Beer was made. Overall very positive experience, highly recommended to anyone!

  We booked the 4-Day Cusco Adventure with Altitude and everything was exactly as agreed and perfectly planned from start to finish. The organization was outstanding — every day ran smoothly, all activities were well coordinated, and we felt taken care of at all times. The team was incredibly flexible and always willing to help, adjusting to our needs and making sure everyone was comfortable, especially with altitude. Transportation, timing, and the overall itinerary were spot on, allowing us to fully enjoy each destination without stress.   Our trip to Peru was a very unforgettable experience and this was because our guide Mr. Robinson made it happen. He was very professional and very knowledgeable in all the aspects of our visits.   Our trip to Peru was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to the incredible team that helped make it all happen! First and foremost, we want to give a huge thank you to our amazing tour guides, Rob and Enrique. They were not only knowledgeable and professional but also went above and beyond to ensure our family had the best experience possible. Rob even arranged for us to meet with an Andean Shaman for a beautiful and meaningful ceremony at Humantay Lake, which was truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment we will never forget. We also want to give a special shout-out to our wonderful drivers, Raul and Vidal. They handled every situation with such care and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. From navigating the busy streets to having an oxygen tank ready in the van for the high altitudes, they were always prepared and attentive. Although Mijail is no longer with Altitude, we want to acknowledge the important role he played at the very start of our journey. He took the time to do video calls with us and carefully booked every detail of our trip. His planning set the tone for a smooth and well-organized experience. From airport pickups and drop-offs to seamless transportation for all our tours, hotel arrangements, dining recommendations, and helpful tips for adjusting to the altitude, every detail was coordinated perfectly. This gave us true peace of mind, allowing us to focus on enjoying the beauty of Peru and making unforgettable memories together as a family.   Thank you, Altitude Peru for a trip of a lifetime. Your service went above and beyond. Our driver, Johnathon, was extremely thoughtful with the waters and candies everyday. He was always on time and even brought blankets for our 3am pick- up to Rainbow Mountain. Marizol, our knowledge tour guide, was very accommodating to my needs, as I had trouble with the heights. She is a great storyteller, communicator and absolutely so passionate about what she does. She arranged for 2 surprise birthday celebrations for my husband. Lastly, thank you to Adrian, who was so kind to let us switch up our trip when I realized the Lake tour would be too challenging. We went for the Pachamanca Bbq and Llama and ruins walk instead. This excursion was the most unique of all … no other tourists and spending the day with a family in their life. I rarely write reviews, but this company gave us a trip of a lifetime. Thank you, Altitude Peru! Additionally, here are some tips that they recommended, which worked out perfectly: RAINBOW MOUNTAIN Go to rainbow mountain EARLY and beat the crowds Altitude sickness takes your breath away. take. the horse ride to top and walk back OLLANTAYTAMBO If you have the time, stay here for a day. What a beautiful town. MACHU PICCHU Get the 1st entry. We saw the sunrise, missed the crowds and the heat. We stayed for 3 hours and loved hike 2. BOOK TRANSFERS We booked all car services in Lima and Cusco with Altitude. Always on time, great drivers and reasonable. CUSCO Go to the Sun Temple and the open market for food. Marizol bought is different fruits and breads that were nothing like home. There wasn’t anything we did we didn’t like. The people, simplicity of life and general peacefulness made this 10/10 trip.
