5.00Jelena was an incredible tour guide! Her deep knowledge about Split brought the city’s history and culture to life in a way that was engaging for both adults and kids. She went above and beyond to make the tour special for the children, showing us hidden spots and fascinating details we never would have discovered on our own. 5.00We were picked up by our guide Vinka in front of our accommodation. Vinka was the best! She made us feel very comfortable and she was very knowledgable about the history of Split. My mum had knee problems and had to walk slowly with a cane, and Vinka was very considerate and would do her best to make her feel comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! ❤️

5.00Jelena arrived on time with a big smile and then explained the details of the tour over the next 3 1/2 hours. Jelena‘s knowledge of Roman history in Split and the under ground of Diocletian Palace was very thorough. She explained very well the different time periods and the resultant architectural differences leading to modern day times. We visited a few local artisan shops and purchased locally made chocolates and sweets. Overall an excellent and enjoyable 3 and 1/2 hours.

5.00We had just one full day in Split, so I knew I wanted to make it count. I did a lot of research on tour guides on several sites. Jelena’s name stood out, and with good reason. Her combination of extensive knowledge, humor, and overall loveliness made our morning together so memorable! Thanks to Jelena, we were able to fully appreciate Split, the palace, and the substructures in our limited time. She is a master at “reading the room” and seems to have a gift for understanding what her client will most appreciate. When I wanted to linger somewhere, we did. Other times we just kept moving. A private tour with Jelena is well worth the price. If I return to Croatia, I hope to have her plan my whole trip. Thanks, Jelena!

5.00Jelena took us on a tour of Old Town Split and by the end of our tour, I had invited her to come stay with us in the US! (Seriously!) She was so friendly and comfortable to be around, and knew exactly how to deal with our group of 6. Her tour was very, very interesting and she provided a great balance of ancient history and modern insights into the town of Split. I highly recommend her, and if I go back to Croatia, I will ask her to design the entire trip!

5.00Jelena gave the four of us an amazing city of Split. Not only did she show us the major sites, but she also took us off the beaten path to an open market and shops. She purchased local food for us to experience. She went above and beyond a typical city tour guide.

5.00Wonderful 2 hour tour hitting the highlights of Diocletian’s palace and the old town. Our guide was fantastic, answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations for lunch after the tour. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a private tour!
