His passion and deep knowledge of bourbon and Kentucky made the experience truly special.   Great experience. Our tour guide was great! Very informative and helpful. All three tastings were great and informative. Would def do it again!

  We had a wonderful time! Our driver gave us history as we went and we were able to skip the lines. I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

  Our tour guide Jorg was incredible and a wealth of information. He explained step by step what to expect at each tour. He enlightened us with a little history of Kentucky and was simply a joy. Each tour he procured for us created different experiences. One was about the history, the other about the pairing and how foods bring out flavors and one on the etiquette of drinking bourbon. I highly recommend this tour and if you get Jorg as your guide consider yourself very lucky.!

  Amazing! This was our first tour of the trip, and Bourbon Bites truly set the bar. Our guide, Jorg, was professional, knowledgeable, and took us to some incredible distilleries in Bardstown. We even had the chance to enjoy lunch at The Bar at Willett — an AMAZING EXPERIENCE from start to finish!

  Spectacular! We had an amazing private Bourbon Bites tour with our guide, Jorg. He took my husband and I to four different distilleries and shared a wealth of knowledge about bourbon history along the way. He was professional, friendly, and made us feel safe the entire time.   Incredible bourbon experience! Everything was perfectly coordinated — super smooth and relaxed all day. Buffalo Trace was full of history, Bluegrass made us fall in love with Kentucky bourbon, and Evan Williams was absolutely fascinating. Highly recommend! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover bourbon in a comfortable and well-planned way!

  We had a fantastic tour with Jorg. Jorg was very knowledgeable and we will definitely tour with him again. On our tour we did Buffalo Trace, Jeptha Creed, and Woodford reserve. Highly recommend all three.

  The ad was very misleading in that I thought it was a private tour, imagine my surprise when four more people got in, not just on our part, but on their part also. They were led to believe that this was a private tour, it is not! We were also led to believe we could choose option A, B,or C. I told him I wanted option B when we signed up for the tour he informed me that those decisions would be made the day before our tour date. I told him that I would cancel unless we went to Buffalo trace, so I didn’t wanna wait till 24 hours before the tour started. He assured me we would go to Buffalo trace, which we did. But it also said that all admission cost would be covered. We went to three different distilleries, only toured buffalo trace, which was free, and the other two we just did tastings. There were no admission costs for tours. We also thought that our tour guide would speak English. He was an extremely nice man, but none of us could understand what he was saying because he’d only been in the United States for two years. Like I said we went to Buffalo trace, but barely had enough time there. We also went to Jeptha Creed and bluegrass distilleries, which were very small. They were OK, but definitely were not on our list of must see distilleries. We were brought to Castle Key to eat lunch, not for a tasting or tour, and then we’re told that we had 1/2 hour to eat lunch there. The only food available was through food trucks. They informed us our sandwiches would take 25 minutes. We had no time for lunch but at the last distillery,45 minutes earlier, they had a restaurant that we could’ve eaten at. It was just a waste of time. He only gave us a half an hour to go and eat and come back. We drove way out of the way for this! We were very disappointed in the distilleries that were picked, the lack of control that we had, the lack of communication from the company about what was included in the tour,the promises that weren’t kept and the amount of money we paid basically for a driver.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We booked a last minute tour directly through TripAdvisor and had an amazing time! The coordination with the company was clear and professional from the very beginning. Our guided us through the itinerary, adjusting it to make the day more enjoyable and avoid long drives — his experience and knowledge made the journey smooth and fun. We visited Buffalo Trace, Whiskey Thief, and Four Roses — each stop was unique and memorable.
