1.00This tour is a scam. We showed up and the guide was not there. When I called phone number listed on our booking confirmation, the woman said that she doesn’t do tours with Viator, this is the 4th time this month this has happened. We are now trying to get our money back as the woman who was supposed to lead the tour said Viator needs to refund us, not her

1.00No show and when I called the contact number they said they have not worked with trip advisor in over a year due to coordination issues. I am left standing here with a lost afternoon.
Horrible. First time this has happened in hundreds of tours I've done.

1.00Tour guide never showed up. No one else was there so I may have been the only participant. If the tour was cancelled - I should have been notified rather than have me stand in the rain for 30 minutes waiting. I contacted tour guide several times with no response. Still no response and it's been almost 24 hours. I demand a full refund.

5.00Fascinating tour from extremely knowledgeable guide. The guide gave a moving and extremely informative history lesson about the evolution of how Jews were viewed and treated in Vienna over centuries. The sites she brought us to added color to the information.
