Enjoy the snowy wonderland at this hiking gem! The Ala Archa National Park is truly a hiking paradise near the capital city (38km). It was established in 1976 by the Soviet government to serve as a natural habitat to many species of animals, a site for alpinism and healthy leisure.The altitude above sea level here ranges from 2000 to 4000 meters and a large number of trekking paths lead their ways high up the mountains to glaciers and waterfalls. A lovely hike out in nature and an acquaintance with our culture at a national restaurant afterwards - all you need to spend one of your vacation days!

Ala-Archa Gorge

In the morning after pickup from your hotel we’ll head to Ala Archa straight away. The road will take us about 50 minutes. Once we get to the park you’ll be given a pair of trekking poles to start the hike with your guide at the foot of mountains. Our aim is to reach the Ak Sai waterfall (4km) or if it seems too long for you, the Broken Heart point (2km). Along the laid trail to the destination you’ll have some stops to enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains, coniferous forests and a river. Once we reach the waterfall you’ll have some time up there to walk around and take some stunning pictures. Descending down. Return to Bishkek. On the way back to the city we're inviting you to have a complimentary lunch at a national restaurant just to get a slight idea of the Kyrgyz cuisine. That’s gonna be delicious, we bet! Drop off at your hotel upon arrival in Bishkek. End of the tour. Have a beautiful evening!

Fabulous day out in Al-Archa park. Abdi my guide was very friendly, spoke fantastic English and made it a very interesting and fun day out. The scenery is fantastic and the weather made it very beautiful. Food afterwards was welcome and the day out all went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Akbar was an excellent guide. Gave me a choice of routes to choose from and had lots of country knowledge to share. Beautiful landscape! The trip ended with an authentic meal.

Once in a lifetime experience, hiking while raining with snow. The tpur guide is a good english speaker and has good knowledge of the place.

The view is beautiful and amazed, it’s worth to spend time in there. And I have to point out my guide Boca who is helpful and nice, also good in speaking English so that we can share a lot.

Beautiful winter hike in an absolutely stunning location. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took us for a traditional Kyrgyz lunch on the way back. everything was well organised and communication was perfect. Thank you!

Truly a winter wonderland. Beautiful views on a moderate hike. Boca was pleasant and an excellent guide providing info on the park, on kyrgyzstan and also interested in my culture. Lunch recommendations were spot in. Highly recommended

It was a great experience to explore the Mountain and our tour guide Boca was so amazing, friendly and speak English fluently so we dont have any difficulty to understand and know the culture. I would highly recommend him for friends for their trip in Bishkek.

Probably the best tour I've booked in all of my travels. The guide/owner and the driver were very professional. I am so happy that Ash (owner/guide) gave me a lot of encouragement to keep going with the hike despite the trail being very slippery and to some extent physically-demanding. Ash will also adjust to your hiking-competence level, I wouldn't say I am very good, but because all of his assistance especially on the slippery slopes, we made it up to the waterfall. In the end, it will give you a feeling of accomplishment and a lot of hunger.😁😁 Overall the experience was really amazing.
