You will explore the southwest of Mauritius on this 8 hours private tour including Crocodile Park which is home to various species of animals, reptiles & plants set in a big rainforest valley.
Then, drive to Bois-Cheri Tea Factory to visit the tea production. The Bois Chéri offers a great panoramic view of the south of the island. Get your camera ready as you would want to take a piece of this marvellous view with you back home.
Next, you'll stop at Gris-Gris which is popular for its sea cliffs & gigantic waves. Later, you'll enjoy a 3-course lunch.
Then, stop at Mare Aux Vacoas to admire the panoramic view of the oldest reservoir. Afterward, continue to Trou Aux Cerfs to see the Lush Green Dormant Volcano.
Then drive to the Gorge Viewpoint to see the panoramic unparalleled beauty of the deep dense forest. Afterward, head to Alexandra Fall where the surroundings of the waterfalls depict a real jungle book & finally stop at Grand Bassin to see the iconic statue of Lord Shiva.

Trou aux Cerfs
Begin your 8 hours tour with a hotel pick-up at your accommodation anywhere in Mauritius. You will meet & be greeted by our guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off for your first stop. Then, you'll be heading to Trou Aux Cerfs which is one of the famous natural tourist attractions in Mauritius. The dormant volcanic crater is around 605 meters above sea level, with a diameter of 350 meters & a depth of around 100 meters. Unlike the typical volcanic features, Trou aux Cerfs’ crater is surrounded by a vast area of lush forest consisting of indigenous plant species and some giant green pine trees. It is believed that the Trou aux Cerfs erupted once and has remained dormant for the last 700 000 years; experts believe that there is a potential chance for it to become active again. Definitely, one of the main highlights is the 360-degree view of the town, Curepipe & the majestic view of Rempart Mountain, Trois Mamelles, and the Port-Louis- Moka mountain range.
Afterward, heading to Mare Aux Vacoas reservoir which has the honor of being the largest reservoir on the island with a capacity of almost 26 million cubic meters and is simultaneously a rather popular stop for tourists visiting the south of the island. Although nothing as fancy as the other attractions in Mauritius, Mare aux Vacoas is a gem hidden between lines of thick forests. It is the perfect place to spend a relaxing few minutes away from the usual hustle and bustle of the country. The reservoir even offers a rather amazing view worth several clicks.

5.00An excellent visit to the Crocodile Park with good interpretation on the lives of these fearsome creatures. Also wonderful to see the Giant Tortoises which are being bred to reintroduce them into Madagascar and Reunion islands. A once in a lifetime visit

5.00The south is indeed the beautiful part of mauritius.. we ask for kesh to be our driver and we had a best time woth me. Knowledgeable about all the places.. again thanks for the sugarcane juice. Our kids loved it so much.. ❤️

5.00We see a lot of places. Our driver keshav guides us to all places and narrate the history of Mauritius and the places we visited. I recommend this guide. We had a great day at exploring, eating and stop at some breathtaking viewpoints for photos. our children enjoy the trip. Great trip!

5.00Ashutosh has organized our holiday in mauritius. He recommended us this trip. this was far by best the best trip we had in mauritius. Our children was very happy :) . The driver aniket drove us to all the places. he accompany and guide us to all the places. The south of mauritius is a real paradise with the greenery viewpoint. The food was absolutly delicious.
