Begin your 7-8 hours southwest scenic tour with a hotel pick-up anywhere in Mauritius. You will meet & be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off for your first stop. You'll be heading to Trou Aux Cerfs which is one of the famous natural tourist attractions in Mauritius. The dormant volcanic crater is around 605 meters above sea level, with a diameter of 350 meters & a depth of around 100 meters. Unlike the typical volcanic features, Trou aux Cerfs’ crater is surrounded by a vast area of lush forest consisting of indigenous plant species and some giant green pine trees. It is believed that the Trou aux Cerfs erupted once and has remained dormant for the last 700 000 years; experts believe that there is a potential chance for it to become active again. Definitely, one of the main highlights is the 360-degree view of the town, Curepipe & the majestic view of Rempart Mountain, Trois Mamelles, and the Port-Louis- Moka mountain range.
Afterward, head to Mare Aux Vacoas reservoir which has the honor of being the largest reservoir on the island with a capacity of almost 26 million cubic meters and is simultaneously a rather popular stop for tourists visiting the south of the island. Although nothing as fancy as the other attractions in Mauritius, Mare aux Vacoas is a gem hidden between lines of thick forests. It is the perfect place to spend a relaxing few minutes away from the usual hustle and bustle of the country. The reservoir even offers a rather amazing view worth several clicks.

5.00We were 6 friends visiting Mauritius and we used the services of guide Arvind Ramlagun (WhatsApp 230 5940 1222) for a day tour of the south of the island with the volcano crater, the sacred lake and its temple, Chamarel waterfall and land of 7 colors and visit a rum shop. He was able to adapt the route in terms of timing to avoid the tourist crowd with an earlier departure. The Van type vehicle was very comfortable and perfectly adapted to make this day unforgettable. The visit of the Tamil temple with the sacred lake at the very beginning of the day and out of the waves of tourists was a magical moment! Arvind was able to guide us during the visits with humor and with a lot of attention for all of us and knew how to best meet all our expectations. We had an excellent day and we can only recommend the services of Arvind who we thank for his kindness and professionalism. do not hesitate to ask him for the organization of your visits to Mauritius!

5.00Had a wonderful trip to the south yesterday with Sahil. He is so kind and told us a lot about the island, sometimes on matter of course and sometimes on request. He not only let us out at any spots, he accompanied us to the entrance and told is briefly what we can do and where. Best guide we could wish for! Can totally recommend the tour and especially Sahil as a driver and guide. The trip was ‘wunderbar’! We loved it so much!

5.00From booking to communication, Agi was amazing. Arrived on time. The whole day was very comfortable in a lovely air-conditioned car. Everything was explained and understood how our day was going to proceed. Agi's driving was amazing. His knowledge of Mauritius was fabulous. My husband asked many questions and Agi didn't get frustrated at all. Stayed calm and pleasant the whole journey. Wonderful experience and we created so many memories on camera. Amazing day indeed

5.00Agi was a great tour guide, he was very knowledgable and took us to places we wouldn’t have otherwise known about in the south. We had plenty of time at each stop and didn’t feel rushed to move on. We highly recommend booking this tour.
Agi is proactive. Was on time. Responsive to every query. Helpful. Professional. Car was good. Drive very nicely.
