This tour includes a short tour of Historic Charlottetown including St. Dunstan's Basilica and Province House, Birthplace of Canada. A picturesque drive through the rolling hills of PEI to Park Corner, the location of Silver Bush. We will also be making photo stops at French River and Lucy Maude's Birthplace. Next we will continue on to Green Gables Heritage Site (Anne's House) and the grave site of Lucy Maude Montgomery and her husband. A coastal drive through Cavendish Beach takes us to North Rustico Harbour (a working fishing harbour), the North Rustico Light house, and then returning to Charlottetown.

Don (Tour Person) was amazing - amazingly knowledgeable, knew everyone one the island and his contacts secured us access we otherwise would not have been able to enjoy. To be direct - Don made the experience and the tour.

Don was a most excellent driver. Easy communication. Would definitely recommend. The trip began with a tour of Charlottetown. We had three Anne of Green Gables stops- house, museum and LMM birthplace. A most excellent day. Don dropped us off at a lovely lobster restaurant at the end of our tour(at our request)

Unfortunately we did not get to take the tour as one of the couple took ill that morning at 6am and was put into intensive care on the ship. The tour guide was very sympathetic and very nice.

Very friendly and informative. We were able to enjoy and small, private tour which was much better than the large cruise ship tours. I do wish he had provided more info at each site.

We had a fantastic day exploring PEI and getting familiar with Anne of Green Gables. We enjoyed learning about the area and seeing lots of sights.

Don was very nice and a good driver. He mainly answered questions when we asked them but for $100.00 + an hour we expected more of a guide/docent versus a local driver. There wasn’t any place that we went that had special access. Don didn’t go into anything with us but would just dropped us off. If I were to do it again I would just drive us. Sorry Don, you are a super nice man.

What an amazing day we had with Don, our tour guide! We saw a plethora of terrific sites, including the Anne of Green Gables buildings. We walked the Lovers' Lane. We saw the Lake of Shining Waters. I understood Lucy Montgomery's fascination with PEI. Don even stopped by a local restaurant to see if they could take us (they did). Don could not have been kinder or more informed. Today was a dream come true. Thank you, Don!

Don was a great tour guide with a lot of information about the island. We enjoyed our time with him as we toured the Anne of Green Gables sites. He was friendly and interesting and made the day enjoyable.

PEI was a bucket list destination for my friend and I. Don was patient, calm, and friendly for the duration of the tour. My friend and I were here to geek out about all things Anne of Green Gables and Don delivered! In fact, Don delivered in the most fantastic way by rearranging the order of the tour so we could avoid the crowds and tour buses. We pretty much had the Heritage House and Anne of Green Gables Museum to ourselves thanks to Don's experience. As soon as the tour buses started to show up, we took that as our cue to jump back into Don's van and continue onto the next destination. Don was willing to take pictures of us with our phones and answered any and all questions (even the really silly ones). He even whipped out some Anne of Green Gables straw hats with orange yarn braids from the trunk of his vehicle to really help us get into the spirit of the day. He took some pictures of our group in front of the Heritage House modeling the hats making for some really fun memories. One of the people in our party was recovering from an injury and had a walker. Don was of great assistance with her and was able to accommodate the walker in his trunk. Don's vehicle was clean and comfortable and he even wore a little microphone so we could all hear his commentating clearly. We had the most perfect day in PEI and this tour exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Don!
