This tour includes a short tour of Historic Charlottetown including St. Dunstan's Basilica and Province House, Birthplace of Canada. A picturesque drive through the rolling hills of PEI to Park Corner, the location of Silver Bush. We will also be making photo stops at French River and Lucy Maude's Birthplace. Next we will continue on to Green Gables Heritage Site (Anne's House) and the grave site of Lucy Maude Montgomery and her husband. A coastal drive through Cavendish Beach takes us to North Rustico Harbour (a working fishing harbour), the North Rustico Light house, and then returning to Charlottetown.

5.00Don was an excellent guide with vast knowledge about the island. The fact that he has always lived on the island and that his entire family has been involved with not only Charlottetown, but also the entire island enabled him to provide a wealth of information. He made recommendations for restaurants and provided adequate time at each stop on the tour.

5.00We are Anne of Green Gables fans and first time travelers to Prince Edward Island. Don, our tour guide, was superb in his knowledge of all things Anne, the history of the book and the island, and provided wonderful information and suggestions regarding our stay here. When you have a driver, you want someone who is a pleasure to spend time with in addition to being knowledgable. We had a fabulous time in large part because of Don. Highly recommend!

5.00We had a pleasant informative and very enjoyable tour with Don. We visited Anne of Green Gable’s in Cavendish. A very nice picturesque tour of Prince Edward Island. Highly recommended private tour if you’re getting off a cruise ship. Or even if you’re not getting off a cruise ship.
