1.00Driver turned up half an hour late after I phoned the company. Company just gave me the driver’s number and then left me to sort it out. Traffic wasn’t so bad so that wasn’t an excuse. The driver didn’t know my hotel even though it’s on Skanderbeg Square. I had to find it for him on his phone. Use another company!

5.00Terrible traffic jam from the airport to the center of Tirana... but the driver was very professional, drove safely, and tried to make the trip enjoyable for me. Also very reliable for return trip to airport.

5.00Highly recommend!!! Mario was very communicative with helping us set up the needs for our first ever trip to Albania. We were looking for an airport transfer to Tirana, and then a transfer from Tirana to Saranda. Our driver, R, was absolutely amazing!!!! He was extremely kind, professional and beyond communicative in our needs. He was also very flexible as we added more ride transfers during our stay. We had requested to actually extend our drop off from Saranda to Ksamil, and it was done without any hesitation. He was a safe driver with a great choice of music! I would highly recommend this company, and will plan to contact them again as I will be returning to Albania!

4.00Our experience was great even with a four hour delay. Our ride was waiting for us and stayed in communication with us. However, our driver did not speak another language

5.00Excellent Airport Transfer, the driver was polite and was waiting for us right outside. We waited for a long time for our baggage but that was no issue.

1.00We were picked up at the airport at the agreed time. The driver called the office and I tell the address of the person on the phone, when I informed that it was longer away and should pay extra €10.-. I refused when I was given a price and paid this one. Then he gave up, the driver explained the address. And then the problems started, ran wrong several times, stopped and asked people when hsn did not find the right place. I picked up my cell phone and found out google maps, he ran for it but he may not have figured out how to use it. Swinged opposite etc. Even when I tried to show which way or exit in round trip he took the opposite ∼. But in the end, he followed my instructions. Normal traffic, and because he was not attentive we spent over 2 hours and 20 minutes on something that was estimated to be 45-50 minutes. In addition, we were set off a little bit before the hotel. He shouldn't drive outside of Tirana city. So now we are excited about the return, asked and got confirmed pickup at 9:00 am when we are going to fly a little over 11:00 am
