Peak Tram
Ride the Peak Tram to the iconic Peak (Round trip tickets included) Top 10 must do experience voted by visitors! The first Peak Tram commenced service on 30 May 1888 (first cable funicular of Asia) and has undergone various phases of modernization from coal-fired steam boilers in its earliest days to today’s super-efficient electronic control system. The 6th generation Peak Tram has been painted in a bespoke “Peak Tram Green”, in a nod to its heritage and earlier 3rd and 4th generation tramcars, which were in service from 1948-1959 and 1959-1989 respectively. Getting to the Peak by the Peak Tram is an unforgettable experience. One of the world's oldest and most famous funicular railways, the tram rises to 396 meters (about 1,300 feet) above sea level. It is so steep that the buildings you pass look like they are leaning a gradient of between 4 and 25.7 degrees!

3.00For the period of time, the tour covered a reasonable number of Hong Kong sites and was worthwhile. The Tour guide was not very knowledgeable and missed numerous opportunities to discuss the history of Hong Kong. The tour guide was focused on making sure we were on time and he still messed that up -- by agreeing to pick up another group before the cruise. Ended up with the entire group fast walking (i.e., slow running) for ~ 1/2 mile through downtown Hong Kong. Not easy as many of the group were >65 years of age. Could have been a lot better with a different tour guide.

3.00This was a good tour of the escalators, Man Mo temple, promenade, and of course the Peak. The Peak was the most impressive for sure. The tour was fairly good. I didn’t think we needed the jewellery store visit on a tourist trip. The guide was very helpful and pleasant.

4.00Our guide Ken was amazing. He was very organized and full of energy. Kept our group together and moving. We enjoyed the sights It was great to skip the lines for tickets. The dinner was ok. It is not traditional dim sum.

5.00Really enjoyed the tram ride and the views from the tower. Our tour guide, Ken was awesome and entertaining! He managed to keep track of all 48 tourists. If you don't eat pork, I would skip the lunch or dinner option. Other than that, I would recommend this excursion to family and friends.

5.00We really enjoyed this entire tour. We hit many various sights. Our tour guide Ricky ( Martin) was funny and provided a lot of information at each stop as well as history and fun facts while we rode the bus. His direction was clear and he kept us very organized. His English was excellent and he was very easy to understand. We especially enjoyed the visit to the temple and the lunch. The restaurant was nice and the food was plentiful and delicious. We were given a large tasting of 10 different items and Ricky explained each one. Ricky also checked in with us often to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and even provided us direction to get to the next place we wanted to visit after the tour. We liked the mix of walking and time on the bus. It kept us things moving but also didn’t feel too strenuous. This was a fun and informative tour ! I’d recommend to others

5.00The tram was a fine experience and beating the line was great. There is a pretty large amount of walking so take into account. The harbor cruise was a quick circle but gave nice nighttime viees.

4.00Good half-day tour of the significant sites of Hong Kong from Victoria Peak (and tram) to Central business district to Victoria Prison to Man Mo Temple to Victoria Harbor with the Avenue of Stars and optional dim sum lunch at Michelin Tim Ho Wan. Overall, good if you are short on time. Jason, our guide, was good and knowledgeable.
