The El Yeso Reservoir and the Termas de Colina are tourist destinations in the Andes Mountains. The reservoir is a water reserve, while the thermal baths are a complex of thermal water wells.
The Gypsum Reservoir
It is located in the commune of San José de Maipo, in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago.
Trekking, mountaineering, recreational fishing, windsurfing, photography, among other activities are available.
It is recommended to use sunblock and windbreak to protect yourself from the sun and wind.
Hill Thermal
Also known as the Hill Valley Baths, they are a popular tourist attraction of the Maipo Cajon.
They consist of nine thermal water wells with temperatures between 25oC and 55oC.
Waters have medicinal properties and are said to help with rheumatic ailments, skin diseases and stress.
The waters come from the San Jose Volcano and are highly mineralized.

1.00That was the absolutely worst experience I have ever made. What already confused us were the times the tour was offered: 0:00 (midnight) and 5:00 in the very early morning. 2 days earlier I contacted the operator, asking if they can let us know the exact pickup time the evening before or at least in the morning. We never received a reply. Just to be able to participate, we woke up at 4:15 with very little sleep, prepared ourselves, and waited in the lobby from 4:55 onwards. We have been waiting for 2 HOURS in the lobby and nobody came, nobody contacted us and nobody picked up the phone when we contacted the operator, the phone went immediately to mailbox. In the end, we couldn't do and visit any of the things we actually wanted to visit in this tour and also destroyed our whole day be being tired by waking up early and waiting for 2 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable and in addition to a refund we expect an additional compensation for the terrible inconveniences.

5.00The distance between the trip highlights is long. The sites are great to see. Some of the travel is on gravel roads. The tour guide Andres was a great guide.

5.00Very positive experience so far with this travel agency, they are punctual, attentive and polite guides. I made the ride to Cajon Del Maipo with the guide Balentina and the driver Jorge, was perfect, especially praise for the Balentina who was very helpful, friendly and caring. I recommend!
