Prepare your cameras because you and your companions will have a super full day, you will visit a Tequila Factory, the Chapala riverbank, the Magic Town of Ajijic, you will have the pleasure of tasting the best food in the area, as well as touring the Lake of Chapala, the largest in Mexico, a day that will undoubtedly make the most of it, in a comfortable, safe and fun way.

We will meet at 11:00 at the meeting point described in Guadalajara to leave in our transport (already included) to the municipality of Chapala. Starting the tour we will make a quick stop at Vicente Fernandez's ranch and the famous Vicente Fernández store "Los Tres Potrillos". It should be noted that entry to the ranch is free and subject to the owner's will, so we cannot guarantee entry.

Later we will visit a tequila distiller known as ¨LOS MAGOS¨ where we will give them a tour within it, they will learn in detail how is the process of making Tequila in an artisanal way, and of course we will take several tastings of tequila and liquors of the home.

That was the best tour we experienced in Mexico. We loved the atmosphere and appreciated how well everything was organized. It’s clear that customers truly come first for the local guides of this company. We enjoyed tasting tequila, taking a beautiful boat trip, and strolling through the charming old towns near the lake in the evening. The tour guide was great. Kind and caring. The tour itself was a bit too touristy and waaaay to long. Skip the restuarant ( food and drinks are bad and way over priced) and the boat ride is hoaky. 10 hours is just way too long.

Chapala tour was hosted by Javic. He did an excellent job, highlights were the tequila tasting, boat ride with music and dancing, and a great introduction to the beautiful towns of Chapala and Ajijic.

All I can say that this is so worth the money it was such a awsom experience to go in to Vicente Fernandez Ranch I was born here and have stopped there many times but never gone inside to his Ranch would recommend it
