  We enjoyed a wonderful day with Cyril. He made the trip very interesting with all the information about the region and his humor. A genuine and generous person . We enjoyed the uphill walk and lunch in Entrevaux.

  Our guide Matt took us on two great hiking adventures! One was to a castle and the other was a 7 mile hike in the Alps! The history & the mountain top views were fantastic! Matt was a fabulous guide! He was well prepared with walking sticks & sunscreen too! You must wear hiking shoes or good gym shoes & have a decent level of fitness for this tour! We also had a great lunch in the first town! Request Matt for a great day of adventure!

  Was not the train we booked. It was down due to track maintenance. This had much more walking. Would not have taken it.

  This was our first time to do some hiking and fortunately our guide Matt was quite knowledgeable and accomplished. We could learn a lot from him about the geological and practical history of the area. Without Matt's expertise this adventure would be impossible to accomplish. The Entrevaux journey was amazing. The exciting history made our whole group go to the top cathedral and appreciate the existence of this place. Most important Matt was always making sure we were all engaged and safe. People in our group also became closer as we help and encourage each other to make a nice, long hike to the top. The vista is so beautiful from the top. The hike down was nice and we went to lunch. Matt explained how the menu and ingredients are organized to help us all decide. It was really good! Rabbit, chicken and ingredients were so fresh and delicious. Desserts were delicious too. We were refreshed for the Annot hiking! Matt educated us that this hiking would be more nature based and require attention to safety. This hiking was the most exciting and rewarding from natural perspective. You actually feel what it is like to walk in nature that you see from the train. We can only say Matt is so professional in the way he manage the group's movement, safety, and awareness to appreciate the history and beauty of our environment. Our group made it to the top of the mountain and all felt we had a very great experience together. The vista of the valleys and villages below with the snow capped Alps behind was just awesome. The people in our group were also fantastic. We gave each other support, strength and it was the extra gift of this adventure. This was a great life experience and we highly thank Matt for his orchestration of this victory for us all. We made it to both tops and loved it. David & Junko
