  The driver started to demand payment in the end of the trip. He also complained to the hotel staff that we didn’t pay him. He indicated that he didn’t receive any payments from Viator. This situation is unacceptable.

  The booking experience was easy, the driver was lovely waiting for me at arrivals with a sign with my name and a smiley face on it at 4am in the morning which made me smile. Bottle of water in the car for me. With the chaos at the airport although Yandex may be slightly cheaper with a flight arriving in and everyone looking for a taxi having someone waiting just for you and not having to deal with the "taxi" "taxi" people outside the airport this is just easier and so worth it.

  I set up this transfer from Bishkek airport to the city several days prior to arrival and I was very pleased with the quick response of the manager. She provided her WhatsApp contact, I gave her my flight information and she promised me everything was set. It was a very smooth process. Car was luxurious, had WiFi, phone chargers, and water was provided. I highly recommend this company for your transfers in Bishkek. It was so good, I booked the return trip with them!

  Perfect Transfer! Warm welcome by driver, took care of our luggage and very safe and comfortable drive to my hotel downtown. Helped again with luggage at the hotel. Very much recommended.

  We were very satisfied with the airport transfer. We received all the necessary information on time, including the pickup location, the driver's name and phone number, the car’s license plate, and the type of vehicle. The driver arrived punctually, and the agency contacted us to confirm his arrival. He was polite, helped us with our luggage, and drove very safely. The agency always responded to our inquiries within minutes, and the price was very reasonable. We felt safe at all times and will definitely book with the same agency again next time.

  Cannot fault this experience. Our drivers Jakahylyk was fantastic. Was waiting at our gate with my name on a sign and helped carry our luggage out the car and into our hotel. After he left I realised I had left my passport in the car and before I could get hold of the company he had come back to the hotel to bring my passport back. Amazing service, will definitely book again :)
