2.00-45min late for pickup -went long way around, adding 30km and over an hour of drive time for no reason -stopped at a gas station for 20min for driver to eat Very packed car. Worth just getting a private driver who knows what they're doing

5.00The communication overall was good, they at the last minute 2:30am messaged to say pick up was 30 min earlier than originally stated at 5:30 am but it was because of potential road blocks that they thought could happen. Our driver did a great job trying to get everyone on the shuttle asap and got us safely to our destination. We waited a long time for a group during pick up which ended up almost negating the early pick up time, which the family stated that they had a later pick up time which if true means there was a miscommunication but overall it was cheap comfortable and worked out great!

5.00The driver was friendly and the bus had comfortable seating. There were six I us and the driver took care of our bags. He got us to our destination on time.
