All I can say is excellent....they communicated well made sure I had the driver info....we were 45 minutes late coming from passport check in Trieste port....driver said no sweat...I am waiting....picked us up in a nice van and took us to the water port and made sure he got us on a water taxi that was provided....the water taxi took us to the door of our hotel....wonderful experience....looking forward to the same ride going home tomorrow.

We were practically left out in the cold. I informed Viator about the ship’s delay in disembarking which they acknowledge and stated that driver will still wait . However, we found out that the driver took off and there was no replacement provided. It was windy and freezing cold and it took forever for Viator to respond. We had to hire a taxi where we were all cramped inside since there were no more vans available .Also hired a porter to help us with our luggages to catch a water taxi to the hotel. .
Fantastic vacation experience! I will travel with you again.

Driver was very professional, courteous and friendly. He carried our luggage to the water taxi where another driver was waiting. Only complaint was that the water taxi driver took us to the hotel the shortest possible route avoiding key sites along the Grand Canal. However, it was a great and safe experience.
