5.00Santo provided comfortable transport via a new Mercedes passenger van with capacity for our large heavy suitcases. He communicated his arrival on the morning of our 6:30am pickup. We arrived on time for flight checkin etc.
Ferlito Santo was very professional, courteous and I felt very safe as a solo passenger. I would definitely recommend!

5.00Santo was very kind and arrived as promised. We compared his prices with other options and he came out the most reasonable. He has two Mercedes minivans and was reliable. I highly recommend Santo and his other driver, Domenico. We used them five times during our week in Sicily.

What about, everything perfect, from the car, to the cleanliness, friendliness and punctuality and humility of this guy who made our trip and our visits around Sicily impeccable. 1.00Terrible, awful experience. Flew in ITA from Rome. Flight delayed 50 minutes. Get our bags quick and go to meeting place. Santos not there. Wait for 25 minutes. Text him. No response. Call viator. They call him. He tells them he is busy! But I should wait for an hour. So I wait to 5pm. Never shows up. So I take taxi. Then he tries to blame me! Be wary, they are far from what their reviews say. Would never use again. They owed me a refund but they tried to condition that I had to write a good review. No deal.
