• Very long trip (10hrs) but finally we saw them

  At the beginning was a little bit frustrated as it took to us 4 hours to get to Finland and finally we went back to Tromso without seeing the Northern Ligths but in the way back at 2.30 am we saw them, nos very clear and green but definitely saw them. Merit to the team that look ansiously until we saw them. Being in a big bus does not help as when we arrived to Finland after 4 hours trip we could not stop as the parking was full of minibuses and vans.

  even if it was a big bus, all the staff (driver, guide and helper) made this a great experience. They never stop looking for aurora even if we didn't find them during hours. it is during the come back way that we found one at 2 am. Thanks to the driver and all the staff that agree to stay late!! Awesome ! Thank you !

  We had a passionate guide who helped us chase and see the northern lights in a few different places throughout the night. The bus was warm while the outside was cold. The free photos are very professional and excellently captured the skies (way better than our phones can). There were about thirty people in our group and we were out for probably seven or eight hours.

  The tour drove us to finland to hunt the aurora despite the weather which was appreciated and gave us brief intro on it on the bus. There was bonefire and tea and hot chocolate but we saw no aurora then. On the way back at 2am the guide made a stop on the road and we were lucky to see aurora then and take photos.

  Nicoli and Issac were very good. They made the trip exciting by telling us interesting fact and make it feel like a proper northern light hunt. They did not give up and ensured we all got to see the northern light. We even travelled all the way to Finland to catch the solar activity! Although we missed the good spot due to it being crowded, they did not give up the chase. We thought it was the end of the trip but then came the surprise when they stopped and ensured we got some good sightings of the auroras. They motivated and kept the spirits high. My children definitely loved the roasting the sausages in the camp fire. Nicoli was patient and answered anll questions patiently. Lots of fun fact to keep the children engaged. Thank you Nicoli and Issac for the fun, informative trip and bringing such a positive attitude to the whole trip. 😀 definitely would recommend this tour!

  It was surreal... The guide was so good engaging and polite. Everyone loved it. They even provided with coffee and hot dogs

  Magic, the guide explained to us all along what we saw with a lot of humor. A short walk in the forest filled with laughter because the ice holds surprises, and on the chosen spot, a purely magical moment with the fairy tale of the dawn. A piknic on the fire before the return...great time...and you have the extra pictures

  I debated between 2 and 3 stars and ultimately gave 2. And it’s not because we didnt really see the northern lights. I understand weather is unpredictable, so I want to be clear my rating has nothing to do with the ability to see the lights. It had everything to do with the guides leaving the hot water and so ultimately there was no warm beverages and no sausage and no fire. They offered snacks but who wants cookies and gingerbread with no drink? I guess it’s my fault for not bringing backup drinks/snacks when that was a selling point of the trip? No, sorry. The main selling point for me was that even if I don’t get to see the lights that it will be a fun cozy time in the cold with a fire and warm beverages and some snacks. And then I didn’t even get that. So 7 hours of bus ride for basically nothing. And I paid decent money for that. I would give 1 star but the hosts at least apologized. They offered 50% off the next trip but why would I give you more money after that experience? Also, my schedule doesn’t allow for a redo of a complete failure here. I should honestly get a refund. I understand they stated this was the first time they made this mistake in 9 years but at the same time, this mistake should be more than just apologizing. Words don’t mean much when that is the result. This rating is more than fair and should honestly be 1 star. The hosts were kind and showed some remorse so they get two stars. Hopefully this mistake isn’t made again but I’m giving a rating for my experience and what they offered for their mistakes. And ultimately it wasn’t much. Best wishes, Tyler
