An amazing way to explore the Norwegian nature! You will get to meet a herd of reindeer, feed them, and then we start our snowshoeing tour.

We will take a lot of photo breaks, and after snowshoeing you can relax and warm up with a warm meal, some hot drinks and cookies.

PLEASE NOTE: This tour is beginner friendly, however some level of physical fitness is needed as this is an outdoor activity.

AGE LIMIT: The age limit for this tour is 8 years.

SEASON: Tour available from Dec 1st - March 31st

It was a wonderful excursion. We are from Argentina and our racquet guides: Monda and Andreas have been great! They tried hard to make us enjoy the landscape; they explained about fauna and flora; also climate change. They thanked us for feeding the reindeer!!!! From Maru and Mauri I want to thank you from the heart as it was a wonderful experience thanks to both of you. I recommend it 100%. Hold the Sami's!

Very enjoyable time feeding Sami reindeers and learning about Sami history, we slso Opted for a breathtaking snow shoe walk - take lots of thin layers as you can get warm while walking- great photo opportunities all the way round.

Wonderful experience with Lawrence and Amanda! we fed the reindeer (too cute) and then we put on snowshoes and left for a walk in the woods with hot chocolate stop and breathtaking view (not too tiring nor long). The guides were super, fun and helpful, they explained everything about reindeer and Sami culture. Great reindeer soup. All well maintained and cared for, even the animals. We really felt in contact with nature and immersed in the wonderful Norwegian culture. I'd do it again!

The experience was magnificent from start to finish. You travel in a very comfortable bus to the camp, which is very cute, and feeding the reindeer is something that cannot be explained, they are adorable and very friendly. We thank the guides Monda and Andreas for the wonderful walk with rackets, incredible landscapes are observed and they are always attentive to having a magical time. The food they offer you is delicious. Anyway, it is a tour that I strongly recommend. I congratulate you!

Great experience. Amazing to meet a Sami farmer and his beautiful herd of reindeer. Feeding was a frenzy of fun, so lovely to be close to an animal that features every Christmas. Very interesting to hear about the Sami culture too. Snow shoeing with Lawrence and Mano was incredible. They were such good leaders and loved their tales and informative discussions. A bit tough at times but incredible views so well worth the effort. Very well organised 👏

Everything about this experience was excellent. The reindeer are clearly very well cared for and in great condition, which made the feeding part feel authentic and respectful. The snowshoe hike itself was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning scenery the whole way, and it was genuinely fun from start to finish. A perfect mix of nature, activity, and animal interaction. Highly recommended.

I particularly liked the fact that 2 activities were connected: Feed reindeer & snowshoe hike!! Thanks to our friendly guide Lawrence who told us a lot and to the whole team. It was a super nice day!

They cancled the trip with out telling us.The trip was canceled without prior notification, which prevented us from arranging an alternative activity. We went to pick up spot and we couldnt find them and we contcted the suppourt in the site they told us there is no trip for us So we had no chance to book another activty.

Amazing morning. Great communication and clear details on pick up location. Was just a 40 minute trip on the bus to get to the venue. Started off feeding some very excitable reindeer before having a quick lesson on how to walk properly in our snow shoes. Fabulous walk in the snow for just over an hour with very informative and chatty guides. Walked through wooded areas and out into a beautiful plateaux with panoramic views. Upon return to camp, we had a very hearty bowl of hot reindeer stew and a hot drink by the fire to dry out a little as it had been snowing for much of our walk. Highly recommend this tour. Great facilities, great people and a fabulous experience.

The beginning was well organised, but the end was very chaotic! There was no cultural interaction with Sami, nothing was explained and after lunch the guides disappeared and after we asked they answered we have to leave to get to the city!
