5.00This was one of the most amazing experiences I ever had. The boat crew was SO professional and kind the entire time, and really emphasized safety. A younger gentleman was leading us with the thoughtful coaching of two other women - and I thought he did a fantastic job, as did the women themselves (I think one of them was Annabel?). The staff really helped one guy who got seasick during the trip. We were guided towards a ton of huge turtles and really cool fish - and even an octopus! It was an absolutely memorable experience we’d recommend for everyone. Great job to the staff!

5.00Simply awesome! The crew was pleasant, helpful,, and made us feel safe. The boat left on time and was well kept. We never saw so many different kinds of sea creatures, including turtles. We even had dolphins swimming next to the boat on our way back. Absolutely worth it!

4.00We had an overall great time and were lucky enough to see two adult turtles and one young turtle. The crew was incredibly nice and patient, especially with those in “snorkel school.” My family are avid snorkelers, so this wasn’t our first time in the water. Because of that, we noticed that this tour felt more like a guided snorkel experience rather than the more independent style we’re used to. The only downside was that there were just too many people on the excursion. There were multiple times when I was accidentally kicked in the face by someone’s fins because we were all so close together. The boat takes you out to Turtle Reef, where two or three other snorkel companies and their groups gather in the same area. I understand this is the best place to see turtles, so some crowding is inevitable, but I’d recommend that companies consider limiting the number of guests per trip to make it a more enjoyable and relaxed experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really appreciated the crew’s friendliness and professionalism — that was just the only area of concern for us.
