This tour is designed to fit perfectly within your ship’s schedule. This 6 to 7 hour tour takes you to some of Samoa’s most iconic sights, offering opportunities for swimming, scenic views, and relaxation. Enjoy a stress-free adventure knowing you’ll return to the ship well before departure.
All cruise ships dock at different times. So, make your way to us early after the gangway is down, as we can depart early if everyone is with us, giving you more time at the spots. We will not depart until ship arrives, so if your ship arrives after 9am, we will be waiting. Thank you and see you in Samoa!!!

Piula Cave Pool
Piula Cave Pool on Upolu Island, Samoa, is a beautiful crystal clear freshwater spring that originated from an old lava tube.
To Sua Ocean Trench
To-Sua literally means 'giant swimming hole', 30 metres deep and accessible via a long ladder where a long platform sits for easy access in the pool. Inside is a cave that leads to the open sea and is recommended for skilled divers. It is surrounded by beautiful native gardens and a spectacular view ideal for weddings, photoshoots and more. Overlooking the ocean is a small beach known as Fagaoneone meaning white sand, while opposite you can find a lava field with blowholes, mini pools and good fishing spots. If you're visiting during mid-September to November you may even be lucky enough to see a few whales coasting by. This is an absolute must-see place to visit while on holiday in Samoa.

5.00We had a great day with Jeanette! She was so thoughtful in providing snacks and sending emailed instructions with photos of her so we were able to locate her easily. Apia is a beautiful island and the best way to see the highlights is on a tour. What better way to learn about the culture and experience than from someone who grew up on the island! There are multiple opportunities to get in the water and be adventurous or to just take in the beauty. You don’t need to worry about missing the cruise ship. This is one of our all time favorite excursions! Thank you Jeanette

5.00Best tour ever! Jeanette was a fantastic guide! She took us to all of the highlights as planned plus extra ones too!!!! She knows so much about the island and shared all of her knowledge. She gave each of us cinnamon rolls and banana chips before we began the tour. We also had a delicious lunch on the beach in a beautiful setting.
Awesome Day definitely recommend Samoa Surf & Turf Jeanette and Shawn are passionate locals - I would highly recommend

Jeanette was an excellent guide—arrived on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. 5.00This was a small group private excursion for us when in port on a cruise ship. Only 9 of us in a minibus which was perfect. Clear helpful information about where to find them when we disembarked meant that we were on our way and managed to access the fabulous scenic points before the crowds. Lots of helpful information, just the right amount of talking and lots great stops. Samoa was a beautiful welcoming country and this gave us the best experience we could have asked for in a shore excursion trip. Shawn and Janette organise and guide these trips personally and very efficiently- thanks!

5.00Shawn and Janette were excellent tour guides! We were in Shawn’s van and we asked a lot of questions about the culture, education, government and demographics of Samoa. He was very knowledgeable and answered everything! We saw a lot of the area around Apia and had lots of time to swim in the cave (nice and refreshing!), the trench (steep steps but well worth it!) and at the amazing beach. We really appreciated the fact that we weren’t rushed at each spot and had plenty of time to enjoy it! Loved this tour and the island of Samoa! 🇼🇸

5.00A perfect day with Jeanette from Surf & Turf Samoa. The whole trip with all the points was very interesting and very exciting, we learned a lot about Samoa's country and people. Jeanette took a lot of time, answered every question in detail. We were on a beautiful beach with very good seafood lunch. It was our first visit to Samoa and we really feel we know something about the island and its inhabitants.

5.00Sean and Jeanette went out of their way to make sure that each of us were taken care of. They are extremely knowledgeable about their island and enjoyed showing it to us. We had ample time at each of our stops and never felt rushed. They guaranteed us that we would be back in plenty of time to board our ship and were true to their promise. I highly recommend Samoa Surf and Turf Tours. They are the real deal!!!!
