Wheelchairs and baby strollers While the barrier-free passages connecting the Reggia and the Gardens are being completed, visitors with disabilities and visitors with baby carriages can access the Venaria complex as follows: - Royal Palace Entrance from Piazza della Repubblica: access to the ground floor from the basement level using the elevator located after room 14. To exit the Royal Palace use the elevator located at the exit of the Chapel of St. Hubert on the right, or ask the museum staff for assistance to exit directly onto Piazza della Repubblica from the Chapel of St. Hubert. - Gardens The main entrance, from Viale Carlo Emanuele II, is level with the ground and consists of gravel paths. Visitors with disabilities can request to use electric scooters (according to availability). The entrance from via don Sapino is also fully accessible. To access the complex from Piazza della Repubblica through the Clock Tower, access the Gardens by crossing the Court of Honor and continuing along the right side of the Palace of Diana. The entrance from via Castellamonte requires the assistance of the museum staff to open the gate on the ramp at the corner of Piazza della Repubblica.

5.00The palace of Venaria is certainly one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited .. it was the dynasty of Savoy when Turin was the capital of the Savoy state .. you can admire paintings depicting all the Savoy from Victor Emmanuel to Mary Clotilde of Savoy . well cared for also the garden with ornamental plants .. I did not queue at the entrance as I had already bought the ticket online

5.00At the ticket office they are kind in advising you what type of ticket to buy. The Palace is an immense place, full of history, dreamy. The gardens are immense and inside there is also the train, for a fee, to be able to visit the low gardens faster. I also recommend a visit to the Castle of the Herd that I had included in the ticket, and I recommend renting bicycles right in front of the entrance to the Palace, from Ride Alone Royal bike. A very nice guy will rent you pedal assist bikes. There is no effort and you can visit the gardens of the Castle of the Herd which are very extensive with various dining options.

1.00The most memorable part was dealing with Viator staff who did nothing to help when their tour operator who gave us a confirmation 3 weeks ago cancelled at the last minute. We had to scramble to find a way to get to the palace at a very costly way. The staff didn’t even advise that you can get unguided tickets directly at the palace. In sum it was a costly and terrible experience that would prevent me from using Viator again in the future.

5.00Highly recommended visit, especially on a sunny day. I suggest you book the entrance and get the audio guide. Sometimes too detailed, but you can choose what to listen to. Take half an hour to visit the gardens.

5.00Lovely place for its majesty, its history and how it is run. The excellent maintenance and the spaces both inside and outside (the gardens are beautiful) make it a place that has nothing to envy to Viennese or Parisian palaces. Beautiful also the internal exhibitions. Notes of merit for the Deer Fountain and Juvarrian stables: splendid.
