  Our Uber stopped for a restroom break!!! As a result we were late getting to our meeting spot but luckily the tour waited for us - so very grateful:) Had a wonderful experience will definitely use Viator again!

  Versailles is a time capsule of European monarchy and it's historical story to New style liberties in Western society. There is beauty and art like in any palace, and worth a visit to see it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Stunning The Palace of Versailles is breathtaking from start to finish. The Hall of Mirrors alone is worth the visit — grand, sparkling, and full of history. Walking through rooms once used by Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette truly brings the past to life. The gardens are huge and beautifully kept, perfect for a stroll.   Even though we had a timed entry ticket, we waited outside the palace for 30 minutes, so we did not start until 10:50 A.M. Also, the Viator experience stated it was a 10 minute walk from the meeting point to the palace, however, it was more of a 20-30 minute walk. We had no issues hearing the guide with our audio headsets. She had a flag to keep us altogether but she did not extend the flag. My friend and I got lost for about 30 minutes in the palace because of this flag problem.

  Valerie was outstanding. Great combination of wit and knowledge. Tour was outstanding. I would highly recommend this tour.

  The guide we got was very good in its work, very nice, only the palace is very large and I think the visit was incomplete, much remained to be seen.

  Gabriella was amazing. She was clear and easy to understand. She was full of historical information, engaging us, fielding everyone's questions. She was able to explain how things were in the past and how they formed today. She paused at times to help us take photos of our experience, pointing out small, unique things that you would normally pass by. She also explained the difference at different times of the year, what thing were behind worked on and things we couldn't see behind walks and doors and where they lead.
