  Natalia was our tour guide and she was wonderful! There were 4 of us on this trip. We were picked up at the beginning of the day, and dropped off at the end of the day, at our VRBO rental. Natalia shared a lot of information about Vancouver, Victoria and Butchart Gardens. You are lucky if you get her on your trip! The driver was also very nice. The ferry ride both ways was enjoyable and comfortable. They have food you can purchase and seating with nice views. We started with the city tour of Victoria and then had time on our own to eat lunch and shop. Next we went to beautiful Butchart Gardens. We never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed the day. It is a long day, but well worth it!!

  This company is very generous and went over and above our expectations, totally cared about making our tour one to remember. Due to unforeseen circumstances the company organised a private tour just the 2 of us at no extra charge in a Cevrolet Suburban SUV. We were so surprised as we were expecting a tour bus. The driver Jaret was courteous, friendly and considerate. It was a lovely day, the gardens are a delight to the eye. Highly recommend the wonderful service this company had to offer us.

  Very nice tour guides, ensured all connections were smooth. Hotel pickup and drop off, easy on the trip. Customer service called before the trip, confirmed the pickup time. Highly recommend for solo travelers

  I want to thank Natalia for showing the best parts of Victoria Island, she kindly explained a lot of Vancouver information, history, facts, and valuable information.. It was a long day, but we were very comfortable since the moment they picked us up from our hotel. Excellent service !!
