Visit and experience Victoria, British Columbia’s capital city on this full day narrated tour. We start from downtown Vancouver and travel south through the city and drive on-board a BC Ferry for a 90-minute voyage across the Georgia Strait through the scenic Southern Gulf Islands.
The tour continues to the world famous Butchart Gardens which is a National Historic Site of Canada. You’ll find remnants of the original cement plant, millions of bedding plants in over 900 varieties within the over 50 acres of stunning gardens. Enjoy 2 leisurely hours and fully explore one of the world’s premier floral show gardens. After the gardens, head to downtown Victoria through Canada’s oldest China Town and the scenic Victoria Harbour—including the Inner Harbour—one of the most beautiful harbours in the world. You will have additional free time to explore the local area; stroll the Inner Harbour, take in the thriving arts and cultural scene, visit the historic Empress Hotel or the Royal BC Museum.

4.0Very good day trip but it is a lot. Be prepared for a 12-13 hour journey. You will see a lot! The ferry trip is unique. Our driver Ocean was great!
A full day out with Butchart Gardens being the highlight

5.0This was a great tour! Our first time in Vancouver & Canada was made even better by the friendly young Irish Canadian aka Santa! He was very knowledgeable about Vancouver & the places visited. We also felt very safe with his smooth, skilled driving. Butchart Gardens are a must see & we would recommend Viator.

5.0Our driver and guide Senen was superb. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. His directions as to where to go and timing of everything was impeccable. He also seemed a very safe driver. It seems autumn is a good time to visit Bucharest gardens as the autumn colours are beginning but there are also a lot of flowers. The garden itself is in perfect condition which takes a lot of love and hard work. This is one of the things that humans enjoy about gardens I think - the obvious love and care that has been poured into it.

5.0This tour was very good, we were picked up on time and managed to get an earlier ferry , this enabled us to have longer in Butchant Gardens and in Victoria, the coach driver (I think his name was Dan) was very informative and made the day go very smoothly
