1.00I was left behind. Not Viator’s fault but certainly the tour company’s - Westwind. I had to pay a $100 taxi fee to get to the ferry from Butchart Gardens, plus another ferry fee to get to Vancouver from Victoria Island. Then, coincidentally I found my traveling mates. The man driving the bus gave us the wrong time. I was early. He was late. Lesson from a teacher: count your participants on the bus. Off and back on. I was very angry as an unaccompanied woman. But I was pragmatic. I made my way back. No help from Viator. Oh, I did make multiple calls to the company. No answer.

1.00The ferry to Victoria was overbooked and we couldn’t get on so the tour was canceled. We ended up spending about four hours from the time we were picked up essentially going nowhere
