Take a relaxing evening stroll through the city of Victoria learning about what makes the Gozitan culture so special. Experience a range of iconic Gozitan food and drinks and learn about its emergence and place in the local cuisine. Examples of food tasted are local pastizzi, Maltese ravioli, rabbit stew and more. Since you will be enjoying the hours of sunset, taste a cocktail made with a local liqueur, a local wine and more.
If you’re visiting Gozo, we recommend doing this early in your stay as you’ll get lots of tips to make your time here amazing, plus have the opportunity to make friends and gain local insight.

Accessibility: Part of Gozo’s charm is that it is old and historic. Unfortunately, this means that it is not well-equipped to handle wheelchairs and baby strollers. If small children are young enough, a baby carrier is highly encouraged. Those requiring wheelchair access would be best to organise a private tour where we can modify the route to ensure accessibility.
Important Note: We only serve alcoholic drinks for travelers 17 years old and above, according to Maltese law. Minor travelers below 17 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks.
Please let us know in advance if you are vegetarian, so we can accommodate your needs. While we love to accommodate all dietary requirements, it is important to note that vegan, kosher and gluten-free options are very limited. Please share your dietary requirements upon booking and we can discuss your options, always doing our best to accommodate your needs.

We will pass through St Francis Square - a local, social hangout while sampling some typical street food, before heading down Vajringa Street. Triq Vajringa is one of the oldest roads in Victoria and highlights many Gozitan features such as beautifully adorned doors and the Maltese gallarija or balcony.
We will explore the medieval alleyways behind the Basilica of Saint George. These alleyways are shrouded in mystery and beauty. Here we will visit a rooftop bar to enjoy the scenery and a cocktail made with local liqueur.

5.00The Victoria Gozo Sunset Walking and Drink Tour was fantastic. With a small group, you will explore Victoria's old town, get a lot to know about the history, but also about the various drinks and foods typical of Gozo. Leanne tells anecdotes, current stories and knows so much about this small EU country, as a "washy" Gozitan/Għawdxin of course especially much about Gozo .She is a tour guide with body and soul, takes time to talk and exchange with each one. The different stops for the tastings are decidedly well chosen. There is soooo much good food, everything is really extremely delicious. At the end you get a small overview (food bingo) with recommendations for certain specialties in a wide variety of places on Gozo. This gives you the opportunity to continue on a culinary discovery tour.

5.00What an amazing way to see the city of Victoria. Our guide Leanne was really knowledgeable and gave us a great history lesson of the city and seemed to know all the locals who were happy to talk to us. The food and drink through the evening were well balanced through the evening to ensure you were never too full for the next course. All of the food outlets and restaurants were excellent and you got chance to try loads of local delicacies. It's a great night out and well worth the money.

5.00This is a must do! I saw a completely different side of Victoria. You really get a special glimpse into the way people live (and most importantly eat) on Gozo. My absolute highlights were the cheese & wine in the Piazza as the sun was going down, and the Limencello at the Citadella gazing out at the lights of the island. Liane knows so much history and inside info and she went out of her way to make sure the kids had fun and the adults were happy. A dream!
Perfect combination of history, culture, food and fun. Absolute must-do recommendation.

5.00If you’ve been coming to Gozo for years, don’t think it’s not for you. I actually thought I know quite a bit about my favorite island, but Leanne blew my mind with all the information and knowledge she has about the culture and history of Gozo. We took the tour with our kids and she even created a wonderful scavenger hunt for them, to entertain them while the adults got to listen to her wonderful stories. I can only my recommend to take that tour and get infected by Leanne’s passion for this wonderful place.

5.00Wow, Leanne is such a phenomenal guide. She is a true native of Gozo and loves to share interesting facts and recommendations of her beloved island. The tour was just the right pace, moved along at a good speed but never felt rushed. The food and drinks were generous and thoughtful. Leanne obviously puts a lot of care into making sure each guest has a wonderful experience. She even had a special local surprise for us on top of the Citadelle! Best of all she gave us her own creation at the end - a food “bingo” with recommendations for each speciality in Gozo. What a treat, please pamper yourself and book this tour.

5.00Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Lee took us to all the best institutions in Victoria for local gozo cuisine and had a wealth of knowledge about the history and culture. Lee was really engaging and also gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to see for the remainder of our trip. We were joined by her nephew Matt who also gave us lots of recommendations, it really made it feel like a family affair. Couldn’t recommend this tour more highly.

5.00Cannot recommend a food tour with Lee enough, this is the best thing I've done in my 5 months of travelling. We just finished an incredible evening and were lucky enough to be joined by her nephew Matt. The tour was the perfect amount of history, food and fun. Lee is so generous with her time and knowledge. It was really special to be walking the streets of Gozo with a local and tasting the most delicious food. The experience is something we’ll remember forever, thank you Lee and Matt!
