The visit consists of a tour of the facilities, explaining the winemaking process and a bit of our history. It's an enjoyable, educational visit that is generally enjoyed by all audiences.

A paired tasting of three of our wines with three appetizers is then offered, preferably on our terrace, if not inside. Regardless of the visit, you can taste our full range of wines and a selection of tapas in the relaxed atmosphere of our Wine Bar, open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No reservation is required.

If you visit Bodegas TIHOM, in the heart of Haro's Station District, you'll experience an intimate, authentic, and personal experience. This isn't a conventional tour. There are no large groups or pre-established routes: each visit is tailored to the visitor, and the attention is direct, usually provided by Jorge Muga or someone very close to the project. During the visit, you'll tour the small winery, where everything is done with calm, precision, and respect for the wine. You'll see how they work with rare Rioja varieties—such as Garnacha Blanca, Maturana Blanca, Graciano, and Mazuelo—and you'll learn about their approach to viticulture and winemaking up close: a philosophy that embraces the difficult, the unique, and the profoundly Riojan, without clichés. You'll also taste the wines in a welcoming space, where you can have a leisurely conversation about each one, the origin of the grapes, the choices that shape their character, and the history of TIHOM: a recent history, but deeply rooted in tradition. In short: if you come to TIHOM, you won't just be visiting a winery. You'll walk away with a conversation, a memory, a wine, and a place where everything makes sense.

We visited the winery on a very cold November afternoon, we had our well behaved Border Collie with us and Reuther than sit outside we asked if he could go inside and it was yes without hesitation. We were instantly made to feel at home and we tasted 4 different wines, which we thoroughly enjoyed,including an excellent 2021 white wine. The staff were knowledgeable about the wines and friendly, we walked away with smiling with a couple of bottles of wine-a must visit while in Haro, thank you.
Relaxed and fully enjoy at Tihom.

One of the relaxed experiences we had was at Bodega Tihom (THM). We aired that wonderfully and picked out the occasional wine. When the owner comes to you and tells you to try the Tihom Blank Reserva with cod (cevice) I am sold. The openness and kindness of everyone at THM is appreciated. There is no pressure to buy, but the focus is on enjoying. Despite Tihom being a boy Bodega who has to 'pick up' the grapes, they manage to make very good and affordable Riojas. I grant Tihom the same status as the Muga, which the Tihom's father owns.

We could not enjoy the activity because the winery is located more than 100 km from Burgos and that did not indicate the information of VIATOR

We had an amazing host who with her knowledge, enthusiasm and engagement made this one of the best wine tours we have ever had. The TIHOM winery has a fresh and interesting approach to wine making. The wines were delicious and offered with food pairing that brought out their best. We would highly recommend this winery for a tour and tasting. And definitely Irena as a host.

was great. very good price for what is the experience. all super amen and nice. had a great time. learned fun way about what it is like to run a winery. the owner explained everything very related to her personal/family history. a small family Enterprise. all employees are like family too. the tasting super fun and taught us about the vinyl world in an innovative and amazing way. a very welcoming Mood. support small businesses!

I had a great time on the wine tour with my partner. Matteo was an excellent tour guide, his knowledge of the history of the town and the winery was so interesting. His English was great and the tour was just perfect! The serving of the wine was generous and Matteo talked us through eat wine, helping us to discover the smells and flavours with some hints! The little appetisers that went with each wine were also yummy. It was a great tour with excellent wine, we’d highly recommend.

I had a great visit to winery with my partner. Really enjoyed the tour with Matteo and really appreciated his help with tasting the wine and identifying the different tones, colours and tastes! I particularly like his approach to give us a tour of the history as well as an introduction into the mechanics of making wine. His English was really great!

We visited Tihom winery and just had the most magical experience. We had a tour with the wonderful Irene - who was so passionate, informative, and engaging on the tour and later in the tasting. It was fascinating to look round such a new vineyard which has such a strong ethos and fantastic culture. The tasting was extremely delicious and generous - with Irene carefully explaining in detail all of the different wines and ingredients of the appetisers which were paired with them. Exceptional value for money and a sensational day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour (in English) and wine tasting experience. Our tour guide was excellent, explaining the process of wine making and telling the story of this small, relatively new winery in the Rioja region. We were able to taste and compare wine from different years. The wine tasted great with the accompanying tapas. We recommend this tour.
