Hawaii Volcanoes National Park

Punalu'u Black Sand Beach
See one of Hawai‘i’s most famous black sand beaches, formed by cooled lava fragments. Keep an eye out for resting honu (sea turtles) along the shoreline as you stroll, take photos, and enjoy the striking contrast of black sand against blue water.

5.00Dee was our tour guide she was fantastic! She loves her Island and you can tell. Fun, Educating, Funny, Treated everyone like Ohana = Family. She shared so much about the Island and herself that you felt like it was a family member taking you around for the day even tho there were 10 people in the van. She took us to the volcano, coffee and candy store, donut shop for Masala's, honey shop, black sand beach, lava tube and feed us. It was truly a full day! She was so fantastic, I wish we lived on the same island because I think we'd be fast and long life friends 🤗

5.00The tour with Dave was absolutely amazing. He is a wealth of interesting Hawaiian information on many different subjects. Dave showed us all the major attractions and included others that not all tours get to see. Lunch at the winery was was wonderful. Highly recommend touring with Dave!
