Book our Turtle Canyon snorkel tour for some turtle fun today! Join us for an intimate experience that you will not soon forget! Our brand new 2025 boat is built to accommodate 49 passengers but we limit all of our snorkel tours to 29 passengers to ensure our guests receive the best experience possible! Our snorkel tour takes our guests to the famous Turtle Canyon to snorkel with the Hawaiian green sea turtles. All snorkel gear is provided for our snorkelers. You will be accompanied by three highly experienced in-water snorkel guides that will guide you around the reef for 50 minutes. Being a smaller group tour allows us to explore more of the reef and see the very most our reef has to offer us. All of our snorkel guides are lifeguard certified to ensure a safe snorkeling environment.

Our tour takes our guests along the beautiful coast of Waikiki, where we anchor at the well-known snorkel location called Turtle Canyon. This reef is known for the abundance of Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles that come to get their shells cleaned by the surrounding reef fish. The turtles frequently come up to the surface to breathe, where they can be seen by spectators who are both in the water and relaxing on the boat. In addition to turtles, you might see other local marine life. This includes various types of reef fish, eels, octopus, urchins, rays, and dolphins. Also with a chance at seeing Humpback Whales during Dec-April. Our crew is highly experienced with guiding guests around Turtle Canyons and maximizing their experience with the wildlife. When you feel satisfied with your in-water experience, hop back onboard our boat to enjoy the sun with complimentary beverages. Our Honu are protected by the State and Federal Governments, which means that you are not allowed to touch them.

4.00The whole tour was very professionally carried out. The crew were really friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. It only took about 10 minutes to get to the spot. I felt safe the whole time while on the boat and in the water. I recommend using a life saver float that they offer, because it made staying on the surface heaps easier and you do swim a fair way so I didn’t get too tired. I saw a few turtles on the surface but none under the water. The water was a bit murky. We stayed in the water for around 40mins. We weren’t the only boat. All in all I’d recommended this company and excursion.

5.00A beautiful Hawaiian afternoon spent with amazing crew and TURTLES! We got to see multiple turtles in the water and two breach for air, so many colorful fish. But let’s be honest this was all about the turtles! Make sure you do the photo package - Emma captures your excitement and all the turtles!

5.00Great! I’m a medium swimmer and snorkels ( stayed on surface, no deep diving) but Emma got some great pictures just the same! There could’ve been a better discount for my non-snorkeling family member, they only deducted four dollars. But all in all it was lots of fun and I’m glad I did it. Sunny day warm water really nice crew. Met lovely people from around the country and the world on our tour.

5.00As soon as I went in the water there were fish all around! Super cool experience, I had so much fun. Captain even gives out an extra float if you feel like the life vest isn’t enough. Staff made sure everyone was ok at all times and they even brought up a sea urchin for people to hold! Will definite be coming back! 💯 recommend!!! So many different fish to see and we saw 6 turtles!!! 🐠🐢 Great for all ages :)

5.00We had an incredible snorkeling trip from start to finish! The crew was friendly, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable and safe the entire time. The guides were knowledgeable about the area and marine life. You could tell the team genuinely cared about giving guests an amazing experience. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable time on the water.

5.00Very awesome group of tour guides! They made you feel safe in the water, kept the group together, and certainly knew where the turtles were! I definitely recommend this excursion! On a side note, these are folks that you probably would want to party with!! That said, they also offer a sunset cruise for a little more of a laid back experience; or so I've been told...

5.00This was my first time snorkeling with flippers. It was amazing! The captain and instructors were great. There are a lot of other boats in the same vicinity and they keep you grouped together so when turtles do come up, everyone is bumping into each other. That's the only part I didn't like. Other than that, it was pretty amazing to see how large the sea turtles are.

5.00Our trip with Island Splash was awesome! The boat ride was comfortable and clean. The snorkel gear was top notch. The crew was very experienced and so nice and approachable. We saw at least 8 turtles and many different fish. We saw 3 different turtles swim up to the surface. It was incredible! Only downside of the trip is that there’s 4-5 other tour boats there as well so it’s a crowded spot, but understandable as there are so many turtles!
