Great whistle stop introduction into Glasgow by an engaging guide. Luke spoke loudly and clearly, told interesting, informative as well as some poignant stories from Glasgow's past. One awkward thing was that the guide referred to voluntary payment at the start and the end of the tour. As I have already paid via Viator we just walked off but wondering if he was aware of this and was getting paid, I hope he was.

Excellent local guide with a sense of humor as well as history. The tour centers on Merchant Square and historic buildings nearby so it does not cover a huge area but it was a great way to orient ourselves to Glasgow before heading out to explore on our own.

Luke really knew his stuff! I’ve been on many walking tours lately, and without a doubt I learnt the most history on this tour! Entertaining and well worth it.

Gordon was such an informative and entertainkng guide. You can tell he loves his city and its stories. He had answers to everyone's questions. We are so glad we booked it and that he was our guide!! The other people in the tour were icing on the cake.

While the tour is compact—- you don’t cover a lot of territory—— the guide is humorous and friendly and informative. I especially valued his insights on dining in Glasgow at a reasonable price. His restaurant tips were spot on!

It was not a sightseeing tour more a history lesson.not much walked. The tour guide was friendly but not interactive. What I found annoying was that he asked for money 15 pounds that I found curious since I had already booked and paid for the tour online.
