1.00This was a horrible and acceptable. I was scheduled to go swimming with the whales. They asked me to be at the hotel at 3:45 AM. They never came to pick me up. I was not really able to get a hold well at least they were not to help me because it was too early and the offices were closed. I waited an hour and then finally left back to my hotel so I had to pay my ride to get there and back waiting to see if they give me a refund for that. It is six hours later and I’m still have not heard the reason why they didn’t pick me up or notified me about it they offer me a refund, which of course that’s expected but an apology and a reason of what this happened is at least I could do. I am very disappointed how they’re handling this. Not sure I will book again through this company.
