World-famous Pinot Noirs, crisp Chardonnays, and sweet Rieslings are just a taste of the dozens of wines that Oregon has to offer. On this adventure through the rolling hills of the Willamette Valley, we’ll visit three carefully selected wineries, vineyards, or tasting rooms. Guests will partake in tasting flights and experience a behind-the-scenes view of viticulture. Please note: Tasting fees are not included in the cost of the tour.

Willamette Valley

Departing from downtown Portland, we’ll make our way along the Vineyard and Valley Scenic Route, past orchards and farms, to the famous Willamette Valley. As Oregon’s leading wine region, the valley is home to more than 500 wineries. Recognized as of one of the premier Pinot Noir producing areas of the world, the wine from this area is often likened to France’s Burgundy region. Throughout the drive, your guide will share the history of Oregon wine production, how our valley was formed, and what makes its soil so idyllic for our world-famous wine grapes. In the heart of the Willamette Valley, we will visit three carefully selected wineries, vineyards, and tasting rooms where we will partake in viticulture talks and wine tastings. Most wineries offer convenient shipping options straight to your home, and all of them have deals to purchase your favorite wines in lieu of paying tasting fees. Tasting fees are not included in the tour cost.

We really enjoyed our tour and especially having Dominique as our guide. I might suggest informing guests that a stop will be made for lunch provisions.

The tour guide (Andy), provided an excellent day of wine touring, including comfortable transport. He selected three wineries that each had great attributes. An initial stop allowed for a picnic lunch to bring to the second stop. I recommend a custom charcuterie board. The schedule included the right amount of time at each spot. Wonderful way to spend the day either solo or with others!

This wine tour was an amazing experience. Eric did a great job guiding and educating our small group through Oregan wine country. The 3 wineries we visited were unique, educational, quaint and fun, especially having a tasting with the wine producer himself at Bacus. It was a wonderful day!

This tour is pretty relaxing. The three wineries we went to were unique from each other. I really enjoyed Andy’s easy going yet informative tour. Andy even took us to a unique deli before we went so we could get snacks/lunch for the trip.

A picture perfect day exploring the Willamette Valley wineries. Our amazing driver/guide/wine guru Dominique curated a three estate tour which of spectacular wines, panoramic scenery, and knowledgeable sommeliers. The small group and welcoming hosts made it feel like a private tour.

I can’t express in words how amazing my experience was with Dominique & the incredible wineries of Willamette Valley! Every location was so educational & knowledgeable about the wines & as someone who works in the wine industry, they all were phenomenal! Dominique spent the day with me one on one unexpectedly (our party cancelled) & was so incredibly kind & friendly. She was the best! I would highly recommend you get to know this incredible guide! Probably the best Pinot Noirs I’ve had in my entire life as well. Once in a lifetime memories! Ps be sure to grab some amazing cheese & bottles of wine to bring home too!

Excellent tour! Dominque, our guide, had an amazing breadth of knowledge about the Valkey and wines. Really appreciated the selection of wineries we visited! All distinctly enjoyable in their own way.
