After the guided tour, you'll taste four wines from our cellar paired with delicious local products:
1. "Minutolo" (white) served with semolina bread bruschetta topped with garden tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, and Primosale cheese, accompanied by Minutolo jelly.
2. '"Aurora primitivo rosè" paired with fresh Mozzarella and 'Poverella' Zucchini - sun-dried with mint and EVO oil.
3. "Cabernet Sauvignon" (red) with salami and fresh Canestrato cheese with quince jam.
4. "Primitivo" (red) matched with Caciocavallo cheese, protected by DOP status, served with cherry honey, and Capocollo also with DOP status.

3.00What a fabulous setting and winery with a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. We started by touring the vineyard and inside the winery which was lovely. Then we went inside to taste the wine and food. Again, a lovely setting, however as a solo traveller I was put at a table by myself. As the description said it was a group experience I expected we would sit and taste together. All wine and food was delicious and explained well but overall I wouldn’t recommend as a solo traveller.

5.00My husband and I traveled to Puglia for the weekend with our sister and best friend. This was our first night out and it did not disappoint. We were running late due to traffic and the tour guide Gabriele was very accommodating. Once getting us up to speed we were given a wonderful pairing menu of four wines with many of the farm's products. We asked about trying a couple extra wines after the paid tasting which was no problem at all. My husband and I ended up leaving with six bottles of wine and our friend bought six as well. At the time of this review, they were running a deal. Buy 5 bottles and get the 6th one free. Cannot recommend enough! Thanks for reading my review and wishing you a wonderful time on your tour through the vineyard!

5.00It’s a very private tour you have one on one attention with the tour guide. Gabriel was very knowledgeable walked us through the vineyards talked about the various varieties of grapes grown, the process and asked us questions while in the cellar we found very informative. During the food and wine pairing he explained why wines go so well with certain foods. It was an excellent experience well worth it if you’re a wine enthusiast
