Your visit begins with a pleasant walk through our vineyard, where we craft the exceptional quality of each of our wine. During the walk, we will explain our methods of working with the vines. Then we take you through a tour of the wine cellar, where you can gain an insight into how we transform grapes into wine. Last but not least, we show you our beautiful barrel cellar, which was carved into the tuff-stone during ancient Etruscan times. After the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste all of our wines.

5.00We truly loved our visit to Madonna del Latte. This is a small family owned winery and we enjoyed seeing how much love and care they put into their wine making process. We were seated at a cozy table by the fireplace and tasted numerous fresh and local cheeses and charcuterie along with the world class wines. I highly recommend visiting!

5.00This wonderful gem sits outside of the hussle and bussle of Orvieto. We used a taxi service, which was very easy. The owner Leon took the time to introduce himself and his lovely family too. Anna was the perfect guide for our tour and tasting. She was very engaging and enthusiastic. The cheeses were so good and we enjoyed the fact that they were all local. We have been on many wine tastings with all sizes of wineries but this one topped them!

5.00We had a wonderful experience on our vineyard wine tour of Madonna del Latte, tucked away in the hills of Sugano. From the moment we arrived, Anna greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a truly memorable afternoon. The tour was both informative and relaxed, offering stunning views of the vineyard and fascinating insight into the winemaking process. Anna shared stories not just of the vines, but of Leon's family history of winemaking and the land itself — including its alleged Etruscan links. Walking through the vineyards with that historical context made the experience feel even more timeless and rooted in tradition. The tasting that followed was an absolute highlight — a carefully curated selection of wines paired beautifully with local cheeses and charcuterie. Each bite and sip complemented the next, creating a perfect balance of flavors. It felt like a true celebration of the area’s rich culinary and viticultural traditions. This was more than just a tasting — it was an experience of place, people, and passion. We left with full hearts, happy palates, and a few bottles to remember it by. Highly recommend! Molto Grazie!!!

5.00We had a wonderful experience! We will absolutely recommend this to friends visiting Orvieto. Although it was tricky to get to without a car (do not even think about renting bikes!), the taxi service was great. This small, family run operation is a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. You can clearly see the pride and passion behind their craft.

5.00Lovely vineyard with impressive wines. Great attention to detail. As a gardener, I was also impressed with the many flowers planted throughout the property. The owner, Leon, is very knowledgeable and involved in every aspect of his winery. I would highly recommend. Take a day trip from Rome or Florence to have a wine tasting, then spend the rest of the day in nearby Orvieto.

5.00Amazing views! The tour was very interesting and the tasting was awesome. We got to see a beautiful (unconfirmed) Etruscan tomb. Such thunder! Such a beautiful area!

5.00We had a great personal experience. Our host was friendly and knowledgeable and the staff waited for us to start our tour due to us missing our train to Orvieto. The food and wine were delicious and we really enjoyed meeting Cookie. The house cat who seems to partake in much of the outdoor part of the tour
