5.00Angela was an amazing teacher. She was super helpful and patient, and showed us different techniques if we struggled (especially when folding the xialongbaos). At the end of the class we also got a cookbook with our picture on it so that we could try to recreate the dishes at home.

Thorough, professional, informative, and FUN. I actually feel confident that I can make bao at home now, too! Lydia was an amazing, fun instructor. The personalized cook book at the end was a real treat. All in all, just an awesome experience!

5.00I took the class with my two adult sons and nephew on July 23rd, 2025. We had so much fun and learned a lot! Angela is a great teacher who gave us a lot of good tips.

5.00The class was excellent, our instructor Angela was extremely friendly , and explained the techniques in a manner that was clear and easy to follow. I have already reserved a second class. One note to folks , donate for the classes location is not overly obvious. Look for the building street number and realize it is a large building with multiple tenants. The cooking school is on the second floor.

5.00The location was convenient and the studio was very clean. The customer experience was very well thought out. Diana was a fantastic teacher and the assistants also helped a lot. Everything was prepared well in advance and very efficient. The recipe and processes were easy to learn and follow. Diana also took some great pictures for us. The results of the dish was delicious. Highly recommend this experience for everyone. Taiwan numba one!!
