We used the service for transfer from airport to hotel. Everything was smooth and fine. The driver was waiting us with a label on. The journey was 1 hour and there was water provided. The driver was kind and spoke good English.

We were not happy - booked this service twice, once from the airport (waited 1h for the driver without hearing anything, contact number from organisier was unresponsive until I opened a case at Viator and they started a refund process - then he was very quick to call me more than once. Money rules the world ;)) and another time from the hotel to the airport and driver was late, too (15 mins, but still - on the way to a flight every minute counts, if I book 4:45 I didn’t mean 5:00!)
