At 9am, your private tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Zhangjiajie city area or Zhangjiajie Railway Station. And then transfer to the world’s longest cable car - Tianmen Mountain cable way station to ride up to the Tianmen Mountain.
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
During the 28 minutes cable car ride, you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery of nature’s masterpiece shrouded by mist. Upon arrival on Tianmen Mountain, take a walk on the mountain plank road built along the face of cliffs. You will feel like walking in a fairy land when the mist is still heavy. Be amazed by the peculiar peaks, odd rocks, lush plantations and blooming flowers. This tour includes an open-air chairlift ride that can save you some walking while enjoying the scenery. Experience the 60-meter-long glass walkway suspended at 1,430 meters high. After your adrenaline surge, ride the shuttle bus winding 99 bends up to the mountain before you reach the top. You can climb 999 steps to reach the Tianmen Cave. After Tianmen Mountain ride the shuttle bus back to cable-way station at the mountain and ride cable car down to the foot.

1.00Our guide Alina has been 10, explained everything and has been very attentive with us throughout the tour of the Tianmen part, however our criticism is towards the Viator platform itself and hence our assessment... since the name of the tour clearly indicates that you will visit the glass bridge, which is unique in China and yet what it includes is the visit to a “walkway” that is located in Tianmen itself, that is, nothing to do with what it says and offers the tour in its title, we are completely disappointed and this circumstance by carrying everything scheduled has prevented us from finally being able to see the real glass bridge, something that we will not be able to experience again... for us an absolute disappointment.

5.00I had an absolutely wonderful time exploring the Tienman Mountain with my guide, Wendy. She was incredibly professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about every part of the tour. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the day. Her kind attitude, patience, and attention to every detail made the entire experience truly enjoyable. I felt completely at ease knowing I was in such capable hands.

5.00Abbie was an outstanding tour guide! We wanted to see everything we could and Abbie was the only reason that was possible. She gave us great history about the park and the temple, but also was a great photographer! I would definitely recommend this tour, but keep in mind there is another park to see while you visit Zhangjiajie! Don’t miss out on the other tours these guys do!

5.00Wendy was a fabulous tour guide, if I could give her a 6 star rating I would. The tour was great and we got to see a lot of scenic spots. It’s not walking intensive as the majority is via cable car and the walking is mainly flat. As the cable car goes up into the clouds it’s not for people who are afraid of heights. I has a lovely time.
