Sail on a unique river in the heart of the oldest demarcated wine region in the world and also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Depart from Pinhão, passing under the Eiffel iron bridge, and head towards the Roncão area, where you will turn around to return to Pinhão.
Along the way, gaze down the hills of terraced vineyards to the river, without passing through national highways and without encountering any traffic in sight. Although you will follow the same route there and back, the impression will be that you have taken two different paths, since the views provided and the landmarks seen are completely different. Traditional rabelo boats have open and closed areas, so navigation will be completely comfortable in all types of weather, all year round.

1.00Terrible experience. When purchasing a ticket, sales rep clearly communicated that an app would not be downloaded. Upon boarding the boat, the captain said the only way to hear the audio was to download an app. Watching the other guests that downloaded the app, no one was listening 10 minutes into the trip due to the poor quality and the multiple languages everyone was listening to on their speakers. Clear waste of money and time.

1.00Nice scam. 12,50 € for 30 minutes, go 30 minutes. Time return. Audio guide to download to your phone or it only tells you about properties in Porto owned by big companies with no history on the history of Douro on the history in general. Nothing interesting. Nothing cultural, too bad

2.00There was a delay of 10 minutes on starting the trip. On the end we were waiting for a time compensation but it ended 5 minutes earlier. In a one hour trip 15 minutes makes a difference.

4.00Tour made in the Douro on a rabello boat. Amazing views, friendly and friendly staff. Lack of information during the tour, as no communication is made throughout the tour and so we do not know what we are visiting / seeing.

5.00We had a nice time enjoying the river and all the wineries and the boat was very nice. It gives you a nice little taste of the area without going on for too long.

2.00Beautiful landscape. But much of the boat's seats are inside a metal and glass structure. As it was a very hot day, it looked like a furnace. Only about 1/3 of the seats are abroad. They should be shaped to open some windows in the structure so as to allow the air to circulate. I do not recommend on hot days because for those who stay inside the structure is quite unpleasant. Also there is no indication or word from the captain or crew; not even a “welcome” or “thank you” or a “hopefully you have liked.”
