Sail on a special river, in the heart of the first demarcated wine region in the world, and a UNESCO heritage site.

We start in Pinhão, passing under the Eiffel iron bridge, sailing up the river to the Roncão area, returning to Pinhão.

You will see terraced vineyards right down to the river, in a landscape without national roads or road traffic.

Although the section of river on the way back is the same, it could very well be different, as when seen from another direction it creates completely different views and landscapes.

Traditional Rabelo boats have open and closed areas, allowing comfortable navigation at any time of year and weather.

Beautiful landscapes! As much to get there by car from DE Porto as on the Douro. Comfortable boat. We were not complete (about 15 on board) and could enjoy DE shade or sunshine as we please EN changing places during the journey. I recommend!

Interesting to admire vineyards over the water - experience to be completed by a visit of the region from the miradouros to see the grandiose panoramas from “top”
