On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative from Arcadia Safaris into Uganda – The Pearl of Africa. Thereafter, you will be transferred to your booked accommodation. If you arrive early in the day, you will go for a late-afternoon exciting complimentary Kampala city tour or simply unwind at your accommodation, relaxing and enjoying a delicious dinner to retire for an overnight.

Having been treated to a delicious breakfast, our guide-driver will be fetching you from your hotel in Kampala and driving to Murchison Falls National Park. You will pass along the Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only home for endangered rhinos found in the wild in Uganda, and take a guided nature walk to see these gentle giants and learn about important conservation efforts to protect these enormous beasts. 10 Day Best of of Uganda Safari. Following your visit to the sanctuary, you’ll head up northwestern to Murchison Falls National Park. It is considered to be among the great parks in Uganda with Murchison Fall-the most captivating fall along the Nile. Murchison Falls National Park

On Day Three, after breakfast, you begin with an early morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park. With your guide, you head into a 4×4 vehicle to search for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and many more. The park hosts over 450 bird species, giving you great opportunities to spot a wide variety of birds. You will follow different tracks, including Victoria, Albert, and Queen’s tracks, up to the delta area, which is rich with hippos and other aquatic life. After the game drive, return to your lodge for lunch and some rest. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Nile to the base of Murchison Falls. This ride offers chances to see hippos, crocodiles, and several bird species. You will get close to the falls for unforgettable photos before driving back to the lodge for a peaceful evening, dinner, and overnight stay.

Kibale Forest National Park

On the fourth day, after having your breakfast, you will depart to Kibale Forest National Park from Murchison Falls. The journey will take you through the picturesque countryside to have views of traditional Ugandan villages and markets en route. Located in western Uganda, Kibale Forest National Park is notable for its population of chimpanzees. You will check in according to your accommodation and this afternoon is at leisure.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

On Day Five, after breakfast, you will go for chimpanzee tracking in Kibale National Park. Your adventure begins with a briefing by a ranger on trekking rules and chimpanzee behavior. You will then hike through the forest in search of chimpanzees and other primates like colobus and red-tailed monkeys. Once a chimpanzee group is found, you will spend up to an hour observing and photographing them before returning to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a guided nature walk through the swamp, offering chances to see rich flora, butterflies, birds, and other small wildlife. After the experience, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s most biodiversity-rich parks and home to elephants, lions, leopards, hippos, and more. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge or campsite and have time to relax.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

Right after breakfast, you will go for the morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. With the help of your driver-guide in a four-wheel-drive vehicle, you shall look out for animals such as elephants, lions, leopards, hyenas, buffaloes, among others. With over 600 species of birds, the park is a fantastic spot to sight different species of beautiful birds. 10 Day Best of of Uganda Safari. You will have a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake George and Lake Edward, in the afternoon. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

On day seven, after enjoying your breakfast, you will check out of Queen Elizabeth National Park for a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The journey will take you through various awe-inspiring sceneries. You will have great opportunities to see Ugandan local and busy villages and markets in the countryside as you proceed toward the different parts. Their captivating features will surely bring lifelong memories. You will be driven south to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, in southwestern Uganda, home to a population of endangered mountain gorillas. You will check into your accommodation, refresh, have your dinner and overnight.

Lake Mburo National Park

After an early breakfast, you begin your gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. A ranger will brief you on trekking rules and gorilla behavior before you set off on a guided hike through dense forest. When you find a group, you’ll spend up to an hour watching and photographing these magnificent animals. After the trek you return to the lodge for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, you enjoy a cultural encounter with the Batwa people — the forest’s indigenous inhabitants — learning about their traditional way of life and participating in some of their activities. Later you drive to Lake Mburo National Park, arrive at your accommodation, enjoy dinner, and settle in for the night.

Lake Mburo National Park

On day nine, after breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park. In the company of your guide, you take a 4×4 drive through the park’s scenic savannah dotted with zebras, impalas, buffaloes, and topis. The park also boasts over 300 bird species, which presents one of the best opportunities to see a number of bird species. After the game drive, you will head back to your lodge for lunch and some time to unwind. 10 Day Best of of Uganda Safari. In the evening, you will go on a very exciting night game drive in Lake Mburo National Park, known for its tremendous number of impalas and nocturnal wildlife. After breakfast, you will go on a horseback ride that gives you a great chance to see wildlife up close while enjoying the landscapes of Lake Mburo National Park. End the ride and head to the lodge for lunch and check-out. This will provide the perfect start for your journey back to Kampala. You will arrive in Kampala in the late afternoon and be dropped off at your accommodation or at Entebbe International Airport for your onward journey.
