• Great experience from some cruisers who never know what to do in port.

  The perfect port activity from a cruise (or other stay I would think). They delivered to us right outside port entrance, went over the details and we were on our way. We did the 4 hour and traveled to the lighthouse and worked our way back, snorkeling, visiting the beaches, shopping(side drinks) and Dutch pancakes. Went around the port area to see where we wanted to go around the port and returned the scooters at point of pick up. Perfect amount of time, we were highly pleased as most of our planned excursions don't work out or we are disappointed. Not here 5 stars. Thank you.....

  First, a big SHOUT-OUT to Dennis L. and Scootey Aruba for being flexible enough to change our self-directed island tour to a fully-guided island tour by Scootey Aruba staff on very, very short notice. We had an incredible 4-hour electric scooter tour in Aruba with our guide, Gino! He was fun, knowledgeable, and down to earth  making it an unforgettable experience. Gino took us to amazing local spots we never would’ve discovered on our own, all while keeping the ride relaxed, full of good vibes and most importantly, keeping us safe with riding on the busy roads with traffic. The scooters were easy to use and made exploring the island so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see a different side of Aruba. NOTE TO GINO:  Let him know The Atlantis submarine fully submerses to a depth of 145 ft! 😉

  My sister and I almost canceled we were so scared to ride the scooters. We did decide to join the group tour which was the best.

  A must while in Aruba! The staff are very accommodating and didn’t give us a hard time when we got back to our meeting point late. Great people. Pick up and drop off was easy and close to our cruise port.

  First time in Aruba. My husband & I decided to rent scooters for 4hrs & it was the PERFECT activity to explore some of the island on our own. The scooters were electric so very quiet & comfortable to ride. Our scooter guide was great. He gave us the Do’s & Don’ts….then we were on our own & LOVED EVERY MINUTE of the experience! Thank you!!!

  had rented four scooters and then when picking up added two more scooters and scootery driver paid. When leaving that parking area my sister wrecked in parking lot where these were picked up and hit my daughter as well and so three of us didn't ride, but the two who paid that day were not given back any money collected about 5mins before accident and Scootery driver denied refunding their money. This is not a reputable company that didn't show any remorse & collected their money but not refunds.

  The island is beautiful. The scooters we rented needed maintenance. You have to drive as close to the side of the road as possible to allow traffic to pass. There were no break lights or turn signals which made us concerned.

  They were to fast for us and tried it but we are in our 70’s and we choose not to chance it. We would like a trike scooter for more safety.

  Scootey Aruba was great to deal with! The meetup point was very close to the cruise terminal, and their rep was on time, friendly and professional, and made sure we would all be comfortable and prepped to ride safely. They even provided a couple of spare batteries in case we wanted to extend our time. They were very encouraging for the first-time scooter riders in our group, and gave great tips on where to go (and not go) with the scooters. The electric scooters were in great shape and rode well. There's lots to see on the way between Oranjestadt and the California Lighthouse, but if you plan to go to some of the interior sights on the island, the scooters don't handle those roads or rocks well and you can't go there on a scooter; an ATV or UTV would be better advised. But for the coastal route to the lighthouse and nearby sights, I highly recommend Scootey Aruba.
